Worst mistake to eat here! My husband and I shared a pepperoni pizza for breakfast yesterday. He told me that he doesn’t want the pepperoni, he didn’t taste right. I tasted it and realised that it had a sour taste but thought it’s impossible that a bakery would sell a pizza with old products, but we started to remove the slices of pepperoni that were visible. It was too late since we had already eaten some of it. Now we both have the worst stomach cramps and diarrhea, and we have a 5 hour flight today. Thank you Panino!
People were coming in without masks, and they were allowing it. Very irresponsible.
In reply to your response Panino, IT IS the responsibility of you to ensure that anyone without a mask DOES NOT ENTER YOUR PREMISES. After all, you are a food outlet, so the more risk. Your response goes to show how irresponsible you are. Many shops in Lebanon forbid anyone to enter without a mask. You owe it to the general public to ensure that you prevent the spread of Corona. Just do the right thing and stop your senseless defence. BE RESPONSIBLE PLEASE.
I bought small pizzas, zaatar, and spinach. When i came to the cashier to pay, I was surprised to find the prices are totally different from the already modified prices on the listed menu. This is totally unprofessional and unacceptable. Will never return there anymore!!! And they weren't worth!!!
Great place for a wide rande of fresh tasty foods, good prices, friendly staff, long opening hours, good delivery times, one of the best around. Recommended.
The reception was bad. A Syrian guy tried to get smart in a sarcastic way and I had to shut him up. The products I was interested in i.e. chocolate assortments had near-expiry dates so I bought some of the bakery's products which turned out to be of medium quality. The card took forever to be accepted however the cashier was kind and helpful.
The owner and manager contacted me after reading the review, not to apologize, but rather to understand exactly what happened in order to take corrective actions.He also confirmed that the Syrian guy is not a member of the staff. For that, Management deserves 5 stars.
My future visits will determine if they would earn their 5th star.
The second floor restaurant was horrible horrible waiting time 1 hour 15 minutes for wings and another 35 minutes for a burger they both tasted horrible and chef doesnt wear a hair net so we found hai in our food
Bread is good, furn for mankoucheh is good quality but I think as cheese mankoucheh is expensive, should work better on knefeh, other market things are expenses
