Fast friendly service with a smile. I ordered the Greek yogurt with granola, honey and mixed berries. This is a quick healthy option in the morning time. Love the Mediterranean Warm Bowl and Greek Salad. My usual order when I come to Panera now. They had a new girl at the register, but she was very nice. Pretty standard Panera, staffers leisurely paced but were kind enough to explain which items had nuts. One placement note: bear claws with nuts were placed above brownies and other foods which didn't have nuts so you had a chance of contamination if anything ever fell off and down. This place goes above and beyond for you! No attitudes, just understanding of the fact that I have a serious addiction to their cinnamon crunch bagel breakfast sandwich lol 😆 I've been getting it like 5 days out the week for a few weeks now. Anyways, this morning they figured out a way to make my bagel....even when sold out. I go usually at 6am and the staff is great and the staff now, at 10am, are really great too! Thanks yall! Shut this place down! I keep going thinking service will improve. Every time I come here there is an issue with my order. Like how hard it to make a bagel and latte. Today I received my HOT latte COLD. I order in the app while pulling in the drive thru. Sat there for a min before being told the drive thru was closed. Went in to get my order though t it was strange the cup was not hot went to take a sip and it was like it was sitting there for an hour. Didn’t have time to go back as I was already late to work due to their short staff. Wouldn’t bring my dog here Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Bread was cold and un toasted on both sandwiches, only two thin slices of turkey on sandwich very little pieces of bacon, not enough tuna on tuna sandwich to cover all of the bread and after I ordered and was waiting for the food they said I had to choose a different soup because they were out of broccoli and cheddar. Always one of my favorite places. I love the lattes and the Chipotle avocado chicken sandwich! I was disappointed on the last visit at a much higher price than normal. Yet no one could explain why. Even saying the prices had probably changed but the menu hadn't been updated. This was disappointing that there was no apology or actual answer. Thought we could get some nice breakfast delivered this morning, and since I hadn't had Panera in decades I decided to give them a try. What a disappointment! I ordered the 4 breakfast sandwich combo with a bacon, fresh egg, and cheese on brioche sandwich. The bacon was so thin you could read a newspaper through it, and the yolk was absent from the egg as well as the wrapper - it was nowhere to be found. The second sandwich was supposed to be a scrambled egg, sausage, and cheese but was another disappointing bacon version. The two ciabatta sandwiches, 1 scrambled egg and cheese, 1 bacon, scrambled egg, and cheese, were absolutely flavorless. Had I not been able to smell and taste my homebrewed coffee, I would have had to take a COVID-19 test because these items have zero taste. Overpriced, underseasoned as in totally lacking in any kind of flavor whatsoever, from the bread to the egg to the cheese, and even the paper-thin so-called bacon had no hint of salt, smoke, or any defining character at all. Where does one even get components of such a bland nature? The bear claw was fine, with flaky pastry and slivered almonds, but was the same you could purchase anywhere that sells such. I suspect strongly it is trucked in, not made fresh in-house. It kept breakfast from being a total loss, but didn't make up for the fact that I paid too much to not receive the items I ordered, and to find the items received so incredibly underwhelming. Will literally never eat at this Panera. Atmosphere was basically a bunch of kids. I had to repeat myself 4 or 5x and the girl still got it wrong. They were playing and joking in front of the clients - food was cold and sloppy. Do not recommend.
