About
The chef at this cafe cooks good thai salads, broccoli soup and chicken sandwiches. Most guests recommend trying tasty biscuits and perfectly cooked chocolate cookies. Delicious dark coffee, tea or lemonade are what can make you return to Panera Bread. This place is well known for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. Based on the visitors' opinions, prices are low. The homey atmosphere won't attract many guests. But google gives it 4.2 so you can choose this spot to have a good time here.

I’ve been going to this location for a while, but recently, their service has been horrendous. I went to go pick up some bread, and was not satisfied with the service I received. Mariela the cashier was not helpful at all. She also cursed me as she walked away and told her manager she did not want to assist me. The manager simply said sorry. Terrible service. I don’t think I’ll be returning back to this location 20 years of going there ! Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Very cordial and helpful people there Service Take out
There is a blonde strand of hair in my bread which I tear in half. Btw I have black hair all my family members have black hair. Plus the Mac and cheese has a weird aftertaste. Y’all should wear hairnets and I’m talking to the managers of the place who have blonde long hair tied in a ponytail. 🤢🤢🤢 Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $20–30
Title: Frustrating Experience with Phone Orders I recently had a disappointing experience with Panera Bread that compelled me to leave this one-star review. I attempted to place an big order over the phone, a service that seems pretty standard for most establishments. However, Panera would not accept phone orders and insisted on placing the order as a walk-in. This policy left me puzzled, as it seems counterintuitive to limit the options for ordering. In a world where convenience and accessibility are valued, this decision by Panera left me questioning the logic behind such restrictions. It's disheartening when businesses make it difficult for customers to engage with them, especially when other establishments readily offer phone ordering services. I believe in supporting businesses that embrace convenience for their customers, and unfortunately, Panera fell short in this regard. I hope Panera Bread reevaluates its policies to align more closely with the expectations of today's customers who seek simplicity and efficiency. Sincerely, Luis Sandoval Service: 1

Dear Panera Bread Management, I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with the recent service I received at your establishment. It is disheartening to see the brand's reputation tarnished by the lack of customer-centricity displayed by your staff. Let's get one thing straight—I understand that unforeseen circumstances can lead to product shortages. However, the manner in which your manager handled the situation was far from satisfactory. A simple apology or a clear explanation of the situation would have sufficed. Instead, I was met with a dismissive response that not only failed to address my concerns but also showcased a lack of professionalism. It's crucial to recognize that customers are the lifeblood of any business. Your paycheck is directly linked to our satisfaction. If customers are not happy, they won't return, and if they don't return, the financial implications for your location could be dire. The nonchalant attitude displayed by your manager reflects poorly on the entire Panera Bread brand. In the hospitality business, transparency and genuine concern for customer satisfaction should be non-negotiable. Unfortunately, my recent experience at your establishment fell far short of these expectations. I implore you to take this feedback seriously and address the issues within your team. A commitment to customer service is not just about providing high-quality products; it's about how you handle situations when things don't go as planned. The success of Panera Bread depends on customers feeling valued and heard. Sincerely, A Disheartened Customer Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
