Lately, when I go to Panera I am disappointed but when I have been to this location I have been very satisfied! Today the service and food was good and the gentleman clearing the dishes in the lobby was very nice and seemed like a hard worker. Unfortunately I did not get his name but he was asking to Take everyone’s dirty dishes and was very polite and friendly. The people making the food and who took our order was nice. The food is generally pretty good, I eat here often. My order was completely messed up tonight tho. I ordered a bowl of chicken noodle soup. They gave me a cup of broth with no noodles no meat and no veggies. I don’t even know if I can get my money back either Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Clean restroom, clean dining room, prompt service. When I forgot to order my meal to-go the associate was so amazing and boxed my food up with the upmost care. It made me feel so much better about making a silly mistake. Also sip club is a W Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I ordered a chicken caesar salad they was supposed to have avocados and romaine lettuce and ordered it yo go. to go and salad dressing on the side. They did not fix it to go and then waited longer. Got it home and was no avocados, lettuce was brown. There was no cheese at all on it. I could not eat it. I got one in centerville last week and was so much better I won’t be going back to Mason at Deerfield Panera. They had two chances to get it right. Once when they served it in a bowl and once when they put into a to go plastic bowl. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4
