Well, Panera, has just lost a customer!! The company has resorted to nickle-and-diming their customers! 😡 I ordered three Bear Paw pastries, my husband's and my favorite at $12! I did not even recognize the looks of the Bear Paws, 🫣! They have SO shrunk in size and taste, a straight "paw" with short stubs toes of the almond paste, and dry, very dry...ridiculous! If you want to save that little bit of money, cut the salary of your CEO's...NOT what you are known for your pastries! No, I can forego small 'cat' paws, 'dog' paws and get treats from Kroger's. I work for dordash and The staff are very young I understand that but they are very snobby and completely will ignore you if they know you are there for doordash. I was standing there for more than 5 minutes when the order was ready the girl had seen me standing there Still proceeded to walk to the shelves that I was standing by not acknowledged me put the bag on the shelves flip her hair around and walked back behind the counter very unprofessional I'm glad I've never tried to eat.
