The worst Panera I been to so far. I was very disappointed. How could you mess up an order as simple as this. First off no coffee was there, how could you allow all the pots of coffee to go empty in a coffee shop? Completely ridiculous. So I had to wait for coffee to be made and to add, it was full of grounds when I poured it. Now long with that I ordered a simple bagel toasted with butter very simple. When I got to work all was there in the bag was a bagel no butter no utensils that's it. So disappointed! My first and last time at this location. False advertisement, the food is not fresh,. Whoever made this sandwich should get fired. That person clearly had a bad day and the whole atmosphere was full of negativity. I waited 30 minutes for the sandwich to look like this 🤮 it was only two cars ahead of me… enter at your own risk,. I warned you Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1
HORRIBLE. What a joke! I pick up my order and checked the bag before I left. I specifically felt the two chipotle chicken sandwiches I ordered, one of them I paid for extra chicken. The only other item in this order was a salad and my total was $32. So, one of the sandwiches felt like two pieces of bread, my assumption was there was hardly any chicken on it at all. I got a young man’s attention and asked him if he could please add some chicken to this sandwich it feels light. He began a debate with me how he put chicken on it and bla, bla, bla. Upon going back and forth, my patience grew thin really quick, I said is it that much trouble to add some chicken to this sandwich, REALLY? I am a customer who just paid $32 for this order. He finally went to get some chicken in a cup and put it in a microwave, I informed him to just give it to me, I’ll put it on when I get home. The cup he handed me had a few strands of chicken in it. I was starting to think he paid for this chicken out of his own pocket! Really pissing me off to where I wanted to grab his little neck with my paws and squeeze, but I exercised self control and left. —— When I got home and opened the sandwich, (see attached pics of each half) and got really annoyed at this point, as my assumption was correct when I discovered there was less chicken on it than I initially surmised. The other sandwich that I paid for extra chicken, had a normal amount of chicken on it, nothing more. I called to speak with the manager, it took a few minutes for him to come to his senses, but finally gave me a refund. I’m not a review kinda guy, I had to post these pics to let people know about my experience. I do eat out quite a bit, lately Ive been feeling as though I should stop. This experience sealed the deal for me, as many of these establishments have been raising their prices to rediculous levels and I’m totally sick of it. McDonald’s has become the biggest rip off, but all others a right behind them. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND MAKE SOMETHING AT HOME. YOU WILL BE GLAD YOU DID! NO MORE TAKEOUT! Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $30–50 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
Don’t eat here unless you want to be ripped off. BLT had a chunk of meat in one spot, I have to spread it out to eat. Barely any avocado! What you can’t see is that it was old and mush also! I spent $50 on dinner for 3 people, def not worth it! Service Delivery Meal type Dinner Price per person $50–100 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Had the kitchen sink cookie, yum. Get this once in awhile as a treat. Also love their Asiago bagels 😋 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
The food at this location is going down hill especially in the evening. I ordered the large apple salad it was thrown together had hardly any lettuce 1 cherry tomato I put it in the refrigerator to eat it the next day the lettuce smells like sour milk. Go to Voorhees it's worth the trip
Just went there and had horrible service. After sitting at the drive thru window for 10 minutes with nothing I finally spoke up( yea I'll be wit you). Place my order pull up charges me I try correcting it and she gives me an attitude ( yea what did you get). After I get that corrected I get my hot coffee that I ordered and it was cold ice cold. Worse service ever Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
It wasn't busy when we got here so we went to the kiosk to order because it's supposedly faster. LIES. other people who got here after us and ordered at the register with a live person got their food faster. I don't understand what the hold up is honestly. I would've just ordered ahead if I'd known it was going to be a 20 minute wait.

So things have changed since the original post. First, the nice touch of staff bringing your food to your table is gone. Next, you're encouraged to order at a kiosk. If you have questions or want to pay cash, someone will eventually show up at the counter. She seemed like she didn't want to be bothered. Hopefully, they'll get your order right, as they didn't get mine. Realizing we haven't been here in awhile, the inside seems tired and worn. Nothing has been refreshed since before the pandemic. The one plus I can offer is the food is still very good. Prices have gone up, but still worth trying again. Had a nice dinner supporting a local high school's fundraiser. Panera is very supportive with those types of things! We all had pick-twos. Sorry the pictures were half eaten French onion soup & a brownie but we were hungry and couldn't wait! Haha We all like their Mac & cheese, good soups too. Friendly staff! Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
Decided to eat. Very little customers dining in. It's not like "Panera" of old; where you hoped a seat was available. Soups are the same- absolutely fantastic.
