Ok, so to start of love Panera bread. I use to come to this one a lot before my shift changed never had issues. I been twice in like a month and the food has been horrible. On one visit I got the pepperoni pizza and soup. The pizza was not fully cooked. I started eating it on my ride home and notice it was not hot and the cheese was not fully cooked through and melted. I called corporate/customer service and nothing was done on that. I never received a follow up or anything. Today I go in to order a four cheese . It was not even cooked fully. The dough was not cooked all the way as it looked raw still. I had to throw it away. How can food not be fully cooked and still be served to customers. After coming to pick up my food I realized my order was wrong (even after witnessing the employee check the bag and receipt at my arrival) and asked for it to be fixed. Then when I checked the second bag myself I realized my sandwich was made wrong. The "GM" Danielle assured me that it was correct but none of my requests were met. When they remade the sandwich she whispered to the employee making the sandwich about something. After looking at the sandwich I now assume it was her telling him to apply an ignorant amount of sauce to it and even added some on the side for the extra dash of disrespect. She laughed in my face and threatened to not allow me back in (as if I would ever want to come back) because she was called out for her bigoted behavior. Honestly after seeing the place though it was dirty (much like the manager who was wearing dirty clothes with dirty hair and no hair net making food...gross) and any place that would allow a ignorant disrespectful manager to think they can behave that way is not anywhere I would want to eat poorly made overpriced food anyway. Pleasant staff, fast service, clean dining room. Ordered the 'you pick two' with soup and pizza. The pizza was delicious and very generous... I actually expected half as much. Boxed 2/3 to take home with me. I highly recommend the squash soup. Delicious flavor and topped with crunchy pumpkin seeds. Too bad it is seasonal. Service was slow, 30 minute wait at 11:30am. Food was pretty terrible, tried the new buffalo chicken melt and pepperoni and mozzarella melt. All bread, little bit of meat…my mozzarella was just shredded from a bag, not fresh. Also the restaurant is dirty, fruit flies on the walls and dirty floors, no one wearing a hairnet in the kitchen. This is the second time (back to back) that they did not have the full order I paid for in the bag. The salad with chicken has one small piece of chicken in it. They had no potato chips. The food was no where being as good. It seems that this place is going downhill. It’s a shame, Panera used to be one of the best, now it’s down the bottom. I’m not putting the low mark in because of a one time thing. It has been the last couple of times. Guess they joined the “quantity, not quality” Class. Foods great and the people are great. But why does Panera charge a $8.99 delivery fee when Door Dash is the one delivering the food? I would order from Panera more often if they dropped the ambiguous delivery fee. Food: 5 Service: 4

Placed an order that totaled $144.60. I purchased 15 sandwiches and they did not take the time to label any of the sandwiches… so we had to open every single sandwich to determine what it was. That is unacceptable. No one wants their food picked over but since Panera couldn’t do their job we had no choice. Will NEVER support this location again. One of the sandwiches was missing and no one answers the phone when you call . So $100 + dollars later and they didn’t get the order accurate , they didn’t label the sandwiches and didn’t answer the phone . Price per person $100+

This is the best location that I have been to in the area. The staff are professional, the restaurant is clean, and the orders are prepared quickly. My order was made right the first time and the dining area was calm. This will be my new go-to location when visiting Panera! The food was delicious, it came out in a timely manner and everyone was friendly. The restaurant is clean and I have no health concerns going in there. The turkey bacon bravo is delicious and I just got their teriyaki chicken and broccoli rice bowl and that was fantastic.
