Audra, the lady who took our order, was absolutely lovey!! She was so kind and patient with all of us. She was also very knowledgeable with the menu. We live about 20 minutes away from this location but Audra is the reason we will travel to this Panera over and over. This beautiful lady needs a raise and much praise. Thank you for being so kind and blessing us with you presence and beautiful soul!! Horrible experience! Went through the drive through and after waiting at least 12 minutes to receive our food; the entire order was wrong. Not only to mention that the manager; Cindy, was the woman taking the order who had a horrible attitude. I went inside to get the order corrected and was approached by Cindy claiming that since she is the “Manager” she would never not repeat an order back to a costumer before placing it. She stated that everything that we had ordered was correct since she had placed/packaged the order. Also, let me mention that another woman who works there felt the need to make rude side eye facial expressions to me the entirety of the conversation. Very much got a “gang” up on the costumer feeling. The conversation progressed to become very disrespectful on her part. Thus, prompting myself explain how this could have been resolved much easier and quicker if she had better costumer services skills. Especially since, THE ORDER WAS WRONG AND NOT PACKAGED PROPERLY. She then stated AGAIN, how she was the manager and she has all the PROPER costumer services skills etc. Eventually, the order was finally corrected. However, I have an ultimate fear that someone spit in our food so I will not be eating any of it. In closing, everyone has bad days but, do not take your bad days out on your PAYING costumers, especially if you are in the costumer services industry. ESPECIALLY if you were in the wrong, Cindy. This is my favorite Panera - it’s the best of all the ones I’ve visited. The order takers in front are thorough and always remind you of your options for your sides. The food servers are friendly and always get our orders right. The food preparation team are good as the meals are always consistent in amount, quality, and temperature. The coffee is always good. The beverage station is well-maintained. We barely encounter any issues, if any. And the WiFi is super fast. They dining area is huge and tables get cleaned immediately. They also have a drive thru here. They do not have the self-ordering kiosks yet, but that’s ok. Some of our favorite servers here are: Michael, Kyle, and Brandon, who all do a great job.

I have to update my review because of my visit today! The sweetest lady with the most welcoming and happy attitude greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. Her name was Audra. She was the kind of person who makes you smile, whether you want to or not. There was also another lady at the counter who told me they were out of tomatoes, but if I would like, she could cut up cherry tomatoes for the sandwich. I thought that was incredibly kind, given the fact that she could have just left it at "we are out of tomatoes." Audra tried to enter my $15 gift card 3 times, but it wouldn't go through. While entering all of those numbers over and over, she never once seemed upset or put out, her sweet attitude never changed. She ended up gifting me my sandwich because of the trouble with the gift card. She was such a blessing to me today. Every single employee that I spoke with while I was there was a blessing to me. And of course, the sandwich was AMAZING. I often go through the drive-through because I am usually in a hurry, but I highly recommend going inside to eat if you can. There are nice, cozy tables and chairs, and you also get to visit with the beautiful employees. Original review: Oh my goodness, the Chicken Fontega sandwich is absolutely delicious! This hot sandwich is one of my favorite meals! I will always choose it above any other sandwich shop. It’s hard to beat. Loved my server Norma!❤️ My broccoli and cheddar soup was great, and kitchen sink cookies are delicious!!! Cooks and lady managing orders was a bit too loud( sort of aggressive with the servers), so not as peaceful as I wanted— I come to sit and read, so wishing it was somewhat quieter. Went in to pick up an order the customer service sucks and from a manager at that!! The lady was rude and I had an argument with her because she did not greet me and failed to hand me my order that was ready and when another employee that was the nicest person btw tried to get my order she was told in a rude manner that she was not allowed behind the counter! Then was told my the manager in a rude way to put a sticker on the bag!! Horrible customer service and I also forgot to mention she said she was sick I’m sorry that she was sick and having a horrible day but that is no reason to treat people bad!! I’ve been there two times and ordered the flatbread and it’s supposed to have grape tomatoes on it. Instead, they put the humongous to tomatoes that go on sandwiches on it after I pacifically asked them for grape tomatoes which is supposed to come on it and their response says they are out of them once they give me my food so they’ve made it wrong twice and it’s just really bad that they don’t have the proper food for their items. I guess they should make sure that they’re stocked up on their items and then when I asked for a refund they were really rude about it. I will not go here again. I have gone to many paneras here in Texas and other states and they have never talked to a customer the way the manager at this site did! Careless and thinks she’s right! “Well I’m sorry you should of asked if you wanted bagels cut in half or warmed up” “you need to let us know!” Ok so let you know how to do your job?? excuse me? Same way Starbucks asks “would you like that warmed up?” You should ask customers and not assume we don’t want them cut and more when I ask for a large order which is obviously for employees at jobsite! Last 2 visits my orders were wrong or missing purchased item. Last order missing a cookie, today I asked for 2 bowls of soup with a bread bowl & a sandwich all with bread as the side. I guess it doesn't matter what customers want it seems they give you what they want. I got 1 bowl & 1 cup of soup & the side of bread for my sandwich was not included & the amount of mustard on the sandwich over powered all other ingredients. I hate that no one listens to the exact words of what is being ordered. I really think it will be a while till I go back. I would think with less customers the accuracy of the employees would be better.
