I love this bread co. But why do I have to now wait at the long pickup counter to get my cup with the sip club that I ordered at the kiosk? That was never an issue before. Will change my review once the post new procedure is corrected to the old way. It's very inconvenient

Food is good, but not worth the price, which keeps going up while serving sizes go down. Only go in person though! The tables are always dirty, but if you order delivery, they'll forget something EVERY TIME and won't fix their screw up unless you go up there to get it, negating the point of delivery. The food is great, although the pricing has gone theu the roof. I can deal with $12 sandwich. But $7 for a little cup of soup is ridiculous considering the meeger amout of actual food in the cup. It was mainly broth. Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5
