Honestly, super disappointed in the customer service here. I ordered a you pick 2 with broccoli cheddar soup and one of the new stacked chicken green goddess I. The guy who took my order definitely seemed new. He was going slow and I was repeating things for him. When I got the total, it was $44 for 2 people which seemed like a lot. But I didn’t say anything. Then when we got our door we saw why. He gave us full bowls of soup instead of the typical cup for the You Pick 2. But I still didn’t say anything. I figured it’s not a huge deal. And then I went to go eat my sandwich and realized there was no chicken on it. Since we spent so much on the food I figured I would at least politely ask them to fix it. I waited in a line of several people and kindly explained what was wrong when it was my turn. The guy (who got the order wrong in the first place) was going to take it and get me a new one until the manger (I believe her name is Julia) stopped him and told me to bring it to the pick up counter and just ask for a “cup of chicken.” I thought this was very rude especially as I had waited in line and honestly, getting me a new sandwich just would’ve been the nice thing to do. Instead I followed what they said, went to the pick up counter where another woman told me “oh you have to ask for the chicken one if you want chicken on this sandwich” to which I replied “I did.” Once again…very rude. Then she was like “well what do you want. I can heat you up some chicken if you want.” And I said “I guess that’s my option.” So she literally just heated me up a freaking cup of chicken instead of just making the sandwich correctly. This is my second review on this place apparently my other review got lost in the void but the portions versus the prices is not worth it. Paid an $2 extra dollars for a bigger portion and instead got the same portion just a bigger bowl. What the heck. This has happened 3 times. Not coming back. You’re soup is usually on sale anyways at shoprite so I’ll just get it there or make it myself.

I paid nearly $6 bucks for this [small] salad (paid little over $5), and my salad is not even filled to the half way line?!?! I mean, I get it's Pernera Bread, but I can't even get what I paid for? I am really not happy. Before I picked up my order, I was hearing complaints from customers and now I understand.
