Waited for my food. Watched as all of them sat there and talked. Saw my bag sitting there and thought they still had to put somthing in it only for them to hand it to me after it sat there for 5 minutes.

I always enjoy the food here, but tonight my pizza was not very warm. Staff is always super friendly though. We sat beside the "fire" and enjoyed the warmth and coziness.

Placed our order and after it was ready I realized I ordered the wrong bowl. Apparently I ordered a Mediterranean bowl instead of a Baja. The manager Brenda not only had them make me a new bowl but wouldn’t charge me the difference and gave me a takeout for the mistaken order my Baja bowl was great as usual as was my husband’s bacon avocado sourdough melt.and my autumn squash soup. True customer service and good food!

I am giving 4 star just to the staff attitude, response, customer handling and generosity. But food quality and delivery not the best. We have ordered food for team where pizza set at the bottom of all the bags and delivered smooshed, to eat that I had to scrap from the box lid and put it back on crust which is no good to eat. I have complaint about it and response was really good 😊 , I got offered replacement. I went other day they gave me pizza replacement and complimentary cookies. when I started eating, it’s no good usually Panera’s Pizza have crispy crust (that’s why I like their pizza, thin and crispy) this crust was chewy.
I still happy with the response from Nick and Paul but unhappy with the food preparation.

Ordered from this Panera via Doordash. They sent one item from our order correctly. Otherwise they sent the completely wrong soup and missed all the rest of the order and chose to send that to us. It can't be that hard to look at the order and make sure things are in the bag before sending. I rather my order take 5 more minutes then whatever that pathetic excuse of service was.

Never again...the immaturity i just experianced was unheard of. They messed up my ordered and then threatened to throw food at me. Management just laughed it off. I had to call the corporate offices and they are having an area or regional person get back to me. No one should be allowed to talk like that.

My favorite place to stop for a drink to take to work. Love being in Sip Club! The food is yummy, and the service at this particular Panera is great.

There was barely any chicken salad or turkey in the sandwiches. It barely even covered one half of the bread. Mostly lettuce and tomato. When you pay almost 10$ for a sandwich you would expect to get some meat. Very disappointing. Won’t be going back.
