First of all, to be fair, I'm not a huge Panera fan. My wife luvs it but I think it's typically over priced. That being said, I usually go along for the ride and order something when she wants food from Panera. 9 times out of 10, I get a grilled cheese and tomato soup. Easy enuf. Food is always good but portions continue to diminish while prices go the other way. Got the pick 2 tonight, to go, and this what I came home to. I really could care less that my soup was 2 ounces short of a 'cup' (8 ozs for those who don't know) but the grilled cheese is about the size of a 1/4 slice of bread. I only included the measuring cup in there as a reference for sandwich size. Salt on the wound was the bag of 6 total croutons for the soup. One silver lining is if I'm really hungry for plain bread, I'm set with a hunk of baguette. Nothing against this Panera in general. Staff was friendly and we were quickly moved thru the to go line. Just wanted to point out that for $7+, you're still gonna be hungry. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 3

I would like thank Kiera and the entire staff at Jonestown road for taking care of our lunch today when we accidentally arrived at the drive up and realized that we had forgotten our cards. Your generosity was not necessary and greatly appreciated. We will certainly be returning and will recommend this specific location to all of our family and friends. Since you moved the garbage receptical and cleaned the ten years worth of build up that was under it, please consider cleaning the ten years worth of dust on the hanging lights and the food off of the wall. Hopefully this comment comes off as snarky as your employee did. It would be worth noting that deep cleaning probably shouldn't take place literally right next to two people trying to enjoy their food. Disgusting. This Panera was very crowded at lunch time on a Sunday; however, it was extremely clean and the service was fast. They have the self service stations which make the line go faster and allow you to see what is on each salad, which is pretty convenient. The employees went above and beyond. My comments are for Panera in general and not this location. There are a limited number of gluten free items, and no gf bread which is disappointing considering bread is in the name of the coorporation. I only go to Panera when my gluten loving friends want to go, because I am left salivating over crispy sourdough bread that would not make my intestines happy. Instead I have to settle for an overpriced salad and there are very limited amounts of gf soups with clear broth *sigh*. The smoothies are alright, but once again $5 for a small smoothie that lacks flavor is sort of highway robbery. Pictured here is the autumn squash soup, which is super creamy yet the texture is slightly frothy, and a Cobb salad.
The BACON turkey bravo. A signature sandwich and what's the first word of the sandwich? Anyone? BACON. now look at that. Horrible and paid $6 for it. On top of that they don't even open til 10 am. Worst experience
