Been here several times and will probably be the last. Filthy place run by teenagers. Soda machine and containers of sugar underneath disgustingly filthy along with mild counter around soda and tea machine. They were out of tea and other lemonade drinks today. Had to ask for the croutons for the french onion soup. Girl at front got our order wrong and when I went back to ask for the correct sandwich and was even going to pay for a new one since my friend already took a couple bites out of the one he got, the other guy behind the counter there said he would just make us another of of the correct sandwich. We never got it. So we left. Very very dirty and I was a little worried about the outcome after eating the food. Stopped by for a quick salad... ordered via the kiosk. The order went quick, the kiosk was difficult to manage, but after a few restarts, it worked. Good: The food was fresh, salad was good and cold Service: server didn't bring enough silverware, no self-serve options. Finding staff to get extra utensils was hard. Bad: stor was dirty, floors were horrid.... All things considered, yes, i would go back... Service Dine in Meal type Brunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2

Been forced to go to this location because there aren't any other options in our area. We like ordering bagels on Fridays for the weekend, but for an entire year we have gone through the drive thru and they never have enough bagels in stock. Cinnamon crunch is always gone. Few blueberry. You would think the manager would take note of shortages when there is ongoing demand. Just carelessness. No real customer service. I guess this is what you get from a chain that uses kiosks instead of real, personable people.

Usually a very pleasant experience, Dec. 2 for lunch not so much. French Onion Soup, just not what I expected, where were the onions? Just a sprinkle of cheese on top of a few croutons. If that's standard fare, not for me. Green Goddess Chicken Sandwich was really good, fresh and tasty. My partner's chicken soup was really good as well. The Chocolate Croissant was stale and crumbly, We threw it away. Overall, not so hot, next time we'll probably look elsewhere. Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

They need to really clean the whole restaurant….grimy everywhere….major clean would help a lot…tables, glass, drink area, doors, walls —yuck! Went for a girls day and wanted to spray down with antibacterial!! More gluten free options or at least 1 bread option for a sandwhich. Panera Bread Tomball. One star is too much. This restaurant branch is an absolute disgrace to the Panera Bread brand. The short of it: This TOMBALL restaurant needs to be closed down, after management are sued for despicable neglect, knowingly having dirty food service under horrendous disgusting dining room conditions. Never in my 30 years of being in the Houston area have I seen such a truly, absolutely filthy restaurant; which was EMPTY, save my son and I and a couple of other people who left before us also complaining. It was Sunday at 6.30 pm you had 6 staff that I counted, maybe more! The dining room was littered with stale food and brown stains from the floors, walls, even the food service areas. The restroom had broken feces stained toilets, missing wall soap dispensers, a filthy stained sink which would have taken weeks to get in such a state yet only an hour to scrub clean. I am deeply shocked by the unhygienic food service areas, dirty handed staff and grubby dining room was littered with old stale food pieces stuck to carpet and tile floors and inside the dining booths. It seemed to be like visiting a college dorm, somebodies personal doss-house or rental they really don’t care a damn about, there were two lap top computers, back packs and sprawling personal area set up for the lazy staff while NOBODY WAS CLEANING. We ordered soup, it was consistent with Panera Breads taste, I have nothing to say other than this branch is nothing like any of the others. SHAME on you for ignoring cleaning duties and the unkempt manager who when I looked her dead in the eye and kindly said our soup was fine but her store was dirty - she dismissed me with one sentence and a nasty glare allowing her staff to giggle and stand around doing absolutely nothing. The restaurant appeared to have many staff all standing around taking, laughing and doing nothing to upkeep sanitary eating conditions. CLOSE THIS TOMBALL LOCATION DOWN, you are robbing our local citizen’s by putting us all at a health risk of: FOOD POISONING - Campylobacter. * Salmonella. * E.coli 0157. ... * Staphylococcus aureus. ... * Listeria. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner
The lady who took our order was great. She went above and beyond I ended up tipping her cash and she told me she had to share it with everyone. That sucks and is a bad policy in my opinion. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
They were out of bread bowls and their baguettes. No substitute was offered...I had to ask if they had any bread and wound up paying for ciabatta so that I had something to go with my soup. I ordered 2 drinks and was only given 1,I had to do another transaction to buy my other drink. I was very disappointed in the service, there were no apologies for running out of product and there was absolutely no sense of urgency to complete my order. I usually have a decent experience at Panera, but it may be a while before I return with the service I got. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
The food is princely for what you get. Salad with minimal amount of chicken and a small bowl of soup should not cost 15$ The service was friendly and quick.
Worst Panera I’ve ever been to. Staff and management is always rude. I order ahead of time because it always takes forever and yet it’s still never ready on time. I tried giving them a few attempts thinking it was just a one time thing but unfortunately it’s every time. Oh, and they are always out of half the items we order. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
