Today, we placed a large order for a corporate lunch meeting. The food was to be delivered via doordash at 1:15. We received the confirmation that the food was delivered but it never was. When I called the store, I spoke with a manager named Moe. He was very helpful and apologetic about the situation. I can say that without Moe troubleshooting the situation and handling it as well as he did- this would have been the last time I ordered from the Panera. Food: 5 Service: 5

First time I've ever eaten there and the food was really good! I think it's good comfort food especially if you are feeling under the weather. It was really nice inside and the staff was friendly.
