Just picked up two cups of broccoli cheddar soup and paid an astronomical amount of $17 for two water down bowls of soup! YUCK!!! NEVER GOING BACK. ALWAYS GOING TO THE FRISCO MAIN STREET LOCATION INSTEAD. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20

Bad slow, understaffed, food was not good other than the bread. There was no one at the counter for a long time and then people were arguing about helping me. I have always loved Panera, one of my favorites. Menu offerings were minimal and not what I usually expect. The staff was completely unhelpful even with a question about incorrect charges. Slow to make up a one person to go order from inside the restaurant when it was off dining hours and very slow. The worst part is that it was super dirty. I visited the rest room and my shoes were sticking to the floor as I walked across the room. Needless to say I won’t be back to this gross Panera. I just hope they have not all gone in this direction. My simple Caesar’s salad with chicken went in the garbage. My 3 star on the food was only the baguette and bagels I ordered for home. They were good but I’m quite afraid of the overall cleanliness of the kitchen considering the rest of the place. I come to this panera often and it's always well kept and maintained compared to other locations. I had an issue with my order today where there was chicken on my salad when I explicitly asked for no chicken. I spoke with Jarod and he was extremely polite and got my issue resolved, along with issuing me a credit for the mishandling. Excellent management and staff.
