When it’s Panera bread, they tell you exactly what goes in your meal. Love their transparency and fresh food. I love their soups , esp broccoli cheddar soup and south west chicken salad. Healthy and yummy food choices delivered in style!! You can also join Panera unlimited sip club to get your drinks free and also couple of others awesome offers!! We had very polite service. The food was average. It was very tasty, but there was not much meat on my steak sandwich. Very expensive. Our bill was over $40. For two people. I probably will not be back. It was a little out of my price range for that type of restaurant. We could have had lunch at a sit-down type restaurant and been waited on for $40. I ordered a coffee and bagel with extra cream cheese and then was disappointed when I got to work and I didn't have the extra cream cheese and the cream cheese I did have was freezing cold. I typically don't post reviews but this is the second time the extra cream cheese thing has happened to me. I also think it's just overpriced - I mean the coffee with vanilla and bagel with cream cheese cost me $11... I paid extra for the cream cheese I didn't get. BUT the staff was friendly. Not the staff fault but the drive-through took forever, I took 15mins and there was only one car was in front of me when I pulled up and they were already ordering. I am a true fan. Healthier options but, still able to chose my sweets(bakery goods). The drive thru here is tricky, as you have to make a sharp left after you order. I will still go back. They literally never answer the phone. Good luck if you want to ask a question before you place an order. Maybe it works if you don't have kids with food allergies/preferences. I guess I'll just continue not being a customer. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Nearly every table was unclean or had dirty dishes. Overall unclean and had a poor smell. Paid for a passion papaya iced green tea, but the container was completely out. Would not recommend this location. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20

Drive thru - horrible service!! I was there today to use my free pastry and they make me wait 30 minutes in line to get the cookie then once I get to the window, they told me they are out of the cookie I ordered. They didn’t apologize or anything. My son only likes chocolate chip so I told them to cancel my order. Then I drove to the Panera on ridgdale drive and my free pastry was used even though I told them cancel my order. Do better with customer service. Don’t waste people’s time. I went here earlier today and ordered a M&M cookie/candy cookie and was shocked at what I was served. At first the m&ms looked so disfigured and off color it could’ve passed for a Halloween themed cookie. Then when I bit into the cookie I immediately wanted to spit it out before chewing because of how gross, stale, and dry it felt even taking a bite. I tried to chew to see if maybe only the outside was like that and no. That was the WORST cookie that I bit into in my life. I immediately regretted taking a bit when I saw how disfigured the cookie was and wished I could turn back time to stop myself from biting into it. Now I am wondering how long that cookie has been at that store.

On December 18, 2020, I ordered from the Modern Caprese Sandwich and chicken noodle soup from the You pick Two (sandwich + soup and side choice of chips) options on the menu although the food was very tasty and yummy. It was expensive, especially for the portion and the food not coming with a drink. Overall, I had a great experience at Panera👌👌
