This is one of the best Panera stores in the area! The employees are very friendly and always happy to see me. I have a Sip Club Subscription, and it is very easy to walk in, get my drink with my membership. The only suggestion I have that could make it better is a Drive Thru. The food here is great. It is a great place to go whether you want to get some work done or meet an old friend and catch up. Service Dine in Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Update 7/20/23: Their prices are ridiculous. Check out the half a sandwich that I got in the picture for $8.50 plus tax --- The best thing about Panera bread is their atmosphere. Sitting there with a cold drink and doing your work is probably the best scenario I can think of for any Panera bread. Their food quality and taste is above average, but the prices have become unreasonable. Case in point: check out the pictures of the soup below this review. French bistro soup and Chicken tikka masala soup. $6.19 and $6.89 respectively (not including tax). Their coffee is below average and Most of the time it's cold. To be fair, if you tell them, they will brew you a batch, but only After you tell/remind them. That's why I mentioned above sitting there with a cold beverage because those are always available ☺️ The fireplace that's iconic for most if not all Panera locations is wonderful and a nice warm place to sit by in winter. However, it's not always On either. Service is decent. Used to be better before COVID. All in all, go there if you want to chill with a friend or focus on some work. If you're looking for a good meal, there are much better options not far from this location. Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

1/22/2024: Outstanding food during the last few takeout orders. The sandwiches are full and delicious just as advertised. Breakfast sandwich has been wonderful. Whoever is working there, kudos to you! Ordered muffins scones and souffles they are amazing and have a wonderful taste and lots of blueberries!!! I also had the turkey and avocado BLT I would tell you to try to get the bread toasted it made the sandwich better. Love this location. I always find all the types of bagels I need and they are always soft and fresh even in the afternoon. The service is efficient and friendly and the atmosphere is welcoming and comfy. Love it! Sandwich was great. The turkey chili has changed. I used to love it but something happened. Maybe it was old … I don’t know. But it smelled odd and tasted funky. Even tabasco sauce could not save it. Avoid it for now. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20

I was really looking forward to a nice Greek salad, When I opened it the lettuce was old and turning brown ,it was limp and there was no firmness or crunch to it. When I go for dinner I do not want to feel like I’m getting the scraps or leftovers. With price going up it would be nice to have some quality go along with it

Worst experience ever had. I ordered 2 dozen and a half bagels and dozen cookies, before picking up my order confirmed twice if everything is good with the order and got a reply saying "My manager put the order together, it should be good. I get back to home and find half a dozen bagels missing and none of the bagels sliced, where in my order it clearly said that I needed it sliced and toasted. I went back to the store and informed about my missing order and the MANAGER was called in, forget about being apologetic she was so RUDE, her behavior was like I came in store begging for something. I was just asking for my missing order. She was like "yeah you are missing 4 bagels". Why am I even missing a single in the first place. I should be getting what I ordered. I wouldn't recommend anyone ordering from this place, if you want to be robbed go for it. Matter of fact it is not about 4 bagels it is about how your behavior with the customer. The service at this establishment was absolutely stupendous. I walk in, greeted warmly by the cashier. Upon receiving my food i was greatly satisfied with the service of the managers sandy, and christian. ADMIRABLE HOME IMPROVEMENT CEO

They just messed up our order up and a few of my employees and they were extremely rude because most r young kids and don't care.... there are many othe places to go to and I wouldn't go here ..... they 9x out of 10 ruin ur meal or its cold or they make excuses when ur meal is messed up and you have to play games to actually get them to fix the issue.
