We’ve been to Panda Imperial a handful of times now and it’s really good. I’m not big on Chinese food, but when I do eat it, this is our spot. The salted-pepper chicken wings are good, as well as their house noodles and some other chicken dishes. The service is amazing: we order online and it’s ready for pick up in less than 15 minutes. The food is always fresh and hot. The staff is nice and best of all, this place is clean and tidy. I really appreciate when a restaurant and their staff go above and beyond to maintain health and safety guidelines. You can tell immediately upon entry how clean and immaculate the facility is. I did take off one star because the menu prices have increased significantly. I understand everyone is suffering from inflation but two entrees cost me over $50. Yikes! Granted, I arrived close to closing time but that does not mean you should not be appreciative of your customers. I felt rushed and unappreciated as a customer; I was greeted with "we are only doing to go" instead of "good evening how are you" and perhaps a smile. I also didn't think the food was all that great; can't explain it other than to say it just had a "cheap" taste to it. I rather visit panda express (at least I'll have peace of mind that ingredients are safe) than to come back here...
