Panda Ice Bar !!!
An eatery in commercial area that has stood test of time.
Have visited it couple of times and tried most of the items.
Their ice creams are quite good,their taste, texture and way of serving is still old school,making one feel nostalgic.
They have lots of flavours but I liked tutti frutti,kulfa and pistachio the most.
Their special falooda is good but in comparison to ice creams, ice creams are clear winner.
They also serve snacks such as shawarmas and have a decent taste.
Prices are economical, sitting arrangement is open dhaba style, business hours start in evening.
Overall rating 8/10!!

My experience of panda ice bar is always remarkable due to their customer service and of course due to their taste . I think they can do more to make it a more family freindly place by devoting some portion of a lawn to family's and arranging a proper sitting arrangement keeping in mind of the family secrecy and of course by introducing more items like slush , ice cream slush , soda , waffer cones etc.
