This is the second time I’ve ordered 3 orders of cream cheese rangoons and only getting 2 orders. Service was good and very fast, the orange chicken was a little more spicy than I remembered and the beef and broccoli was very much mostly broccoli. Piss poor service, literally stood there for 10 minutes and all 8 workers REFUSED to acknowledge us. Not like we were the only people in line and they were more occupied talking to each other about unrelated things . This place has really gone down hill 😭, super disappointed and frustrated. First time at this location, food at the counter looked scarce and you didn't really have any options left. Noone was there to take order until 4 to 5 minutes later. I opted for the bowl with fried rice and teriyaki grilled chicken. Tables were dirty. Impatient people waiting around for their food. No background music. I'll stick to the west side panda. Well...to keep it short....I found metal threads from a stainless steel scrub brush in my food. Only found this after swallowing a couple bites and experiencing a sharp pain in my inside cheek.... guess that 10 dollar lunch is going to turn into an expensive trip to the hospital for x-rays to check for foreign object. Just want to do a big shout out for DeVonte at this location! He handled our order, prepared our meals and rang us up, all with a smile. He did this with every customer there until some of the other employees arrived. Fantastic customer service DeVonte!!! Pulled in just recently at 8:45 and watched one employee come up to the door and laugh as he locked the door. It’s says they close at 9:30 I would get it if it was closer to 9:30 but 45 minutes tell closing. Last time I checked I can’t leave work 45 minutes early. For quick, great, Asian style food, this is the best! You don't have to sit down for 2 hours to eat great entrees. They have a limited menu, but what they have is very good. Seems like this place has gone downhill. The food doesn't taste like it used to. Walnut shrimp were sour. Noodles were cold. Crab Rangoons were soggy ? Used to be our favorite spot but I don't think we'll be returning Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1
