Cooks at Panda Express do their best to provide visitors with tasty biscuits. Accommodating employees work hard, stay positive and make this place great. Panda is pretty consistent everywhere, but this one seems to be the best. I've eaten here regularly since moving to Truckee in 2008, and Carmen, who always has the best attitude, has been there as long as I can remember. Keeping staff for over a decade at a franchise restaurant says a lot about the establishment, and this one is top notch.
