Terrible staff. I was there 3/2 4:30 as the shift was changing. I had to repeat myself 3 times to one staff member who seemingly couldn't be bothered to listen two of those times. im a commuter student. I stumbled upon this panda once on my way to class, and have come back so many times since. I don’t know what they are doing differently from other panda expresses in my area (Solano AND Napa county) but this Panda Express is the BEST location I have had. On god. I don’t even like Panda Express all that much but i genuinely love the food here. Whoever is cooking….dont leave…. Please. It’s good food, and cheap. The staff is also really nice. I love this panda and express location. Just trust me…even the fortune cookie I got says im honest. I felt god in this Panda Express. Service Take out Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
