The spring valley location has nasty rubbery chicken, tastes fake. Ew! Not all Pandas have horrible teriyaki chicken but I'd avoid this location. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes Honey Walnut Shrimp

I feel like the food is overpriced and under seasoned. I payed way too much to only get a few pieces of shrimp, a small amount of green beans and watered down minute maid lemonade. Also this is one of the smaller Panda Express food joints. I call it a joint because there is really no room to sit down inside and everything feels cramped. Also Ibam still trying to understand why I had to pay an extra dollar and change for the Walnut Shrimp in my two item combo??? Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2
Girl 4 little pieces of chicken in a plate. I don’t know if that’s how they’re told to serve everything, but even when I opened my plate it looked empty. It’s really not coming out of your paycheck and if it’s the management or ownership enforcing to skimp out on the portions you need to realize that the prices are not matching up with the amount of food being served. You have so many option just in one block. No one’s going to want to continue to pay for some small portions. Lower the prices if you’re going to continue to skimp out on everyone’s food or keep the prices and stop being so skimpy. Y’all already don’t pay your employees a fair amount. Service Take out
Line was way out of the restaurant, then they gave me this poor excuse of a serving size for a bowl. This looks like left overs of Teriyaki chicken and drowned it in rice. Then the manager Silvia gave me slack for asking for more chicken cause of how poor the serving size was and she said thats the regular serving size. -Horrible management -stingy with portions -long wait time -Would not reccomend this location to anyone Go to the Panda in Rancho San Diego or the Grossmont center location. Especially avoid if you just got off an 8 hour shift and want some good food to satisfy your hunger cause its basically $10+ for a snack. Price per person $1–10 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Panda Express is reasonably priced for the portion of food. Although as a YELP Elite the price was a non-factor. I ordered the walnut shrimp with super greens and the beef broccoli with fried rice. Of course the meal could not be complete without the three-piece cream cheese wontons. So essentially two bowls and wontons for $2.50 I can dig YELP Elite. This was the very first time that I received more than four shrimp and it was greatly appreciated. I hope this trend continues. Each of the meals were piping hot because it was crowded when I arrived between 5-6:30. In fact the line was outside the door. There were plenty of servers, taking orders and managing their quick service without waiting long. I was so hungry, I devoured my food in the car. I could have eaten at the outdoor patio but that was full. Inside seating was tight and I like to eat while watching Judge Mathis. Google maps was off. Panda Express is in the same shopping center of Smart & Final and Target. High quality indicators-Liked Food was served piping hot High quality customer service Excellent YELP Elite perks Ample parking Outdoor shaded patio Self-serve refills Meh Indoor dining is doable but tight I would be on the edge to say a wheelchair may not comfortably navigate inside Not liked One toilet-boo Yes, I would recommend Your fortune will read: Prosperity and unexpected favor will soon knock on your door

I'm not one for Chinese food in general, but I do enjoy entres. A friend of mine went for lunch, and I opted for a more vegetarian meal. I enjoyed fried rice and noodles, green veggies, beyond meat that looked like chicken (whatever sauce they put on this was amazing), veggie spring rolls, and some kind of fried wonton stuffed with cream cheese (the absolute bomb!! 💣 😋 ) She also opted for a mixed combo meal. Aug 2022 Been waiting for this store to open!!! It is now open. I typically like this chain as the food recipes are the same wherever I go in the country. West Coast or East Coast. My all-time favorite is the Chow Mein noodles and the Orange Chicken. But today I had the noodles, Chicken Mushroom and Broccoli Steak. The noodles were smaller than usual and had less flavor. What in the world?! The Chicken Mushroom was perfect! Great flavor. The Broccoli Steak was ok, broccoli could have been cooked more and the steak was perfectly cooked. Also had 1 spring roll and the cream cheese rangoon. Spring roll 👍 Rangoon not so good...the cream cheese was mushy instead of the light melted texture they usually have. Service is great. They greeted you with a smile. Loved that. I came at the time just before the lunch rush. By the time I got my food and sat down at a table indoors, the line was out the door, compared to me being the 1st in line! Yeah, a popular place and would still come again.
