Panda Express #3505, 2/15/24, 11:35:22AM, Order: 164826 When I arrived the store manager and two others were sitting at a table as the line of people started getting longer. The food that was available to serve looked old and non appetizing. I waited until noon when I finally received my order. The line was even longer, and knowing that the lunch rush was coming, this location was not prepared to meet the customer satisfaction Panda Express publicly expresses. When I asked the manager for a free Watermelon Mango, she responded she could only offer soda. They are not paying for these items, and should strive to meet customer satisfaction. I went here for my lunch break and was super disappointed with the amount of food I got. I got a bowl of white rice and orange chicken and didn't check before I got to work. That was my bad, but the serving size is fit for a child. Not only that, they are either very stingy with their sauces or they don't give it to you to begin with. The foods are extremely expensive, we spend more than $13, even though we have a coupon. There's very little amount of food, still hungry after eating it. We ask for to-go, they didn't give us any chopsticks, forks spoons nor napkins. They also forgot to give us receipt. When we ask them for receipt, it's takes forever for them to print the receipt. It's really bad. Food: 1 Service: 1
So usually guys are doing great job, and food is really good for that money. Although today I came in to have a dinner before cinema, and I was really hungry. I have asked for greens as a side and I was told that they were out of them and I needed to wait. I understood I had not a lot of time, so I confirmed how long it would take. I was told that it would be around 4-5 minutes, but I was waiting 15 minutes and nobody even informed me it was such a big delay. So I have ended having rice instead, cause I was already late and have no time to eat and I was hungry for whole evening. I undestand it´s not a tragedy and I am sorry that I was very irritated with coworkers, but this situation really upset me. The entrees seemed significantly smaller than what I had expected, leaving me feeling unsatisfied after finishing my meal. Considering the prices charged at Panda Express, I had hoped for more generous servings to match the cost. Speaking of prices, I found them to be quite high for the amount of food provided. While I understand that fast food establishments often come with a higher price tag, I expected better value for the money I spent. The combination of small portions and high prices left me feeling like I hadn't received good bang for my buck. I was told by Belle in the drive thru 6-8min wait. “I said no problem do you want me to wait inside or in the parking lot and you’ll find me?” She said park at the front well find you. I parked at the front then she comes out to give me my drinks and asked me to move I said sure then she never came back out! I had to go inside after 20 min and get my food myself after I asked her if she wanted me to to wait inside! HER INCOMPETENCE COMES OFF RUDE! Plz find someone who can A) Either do what they say they’re gonna do or B) accept my offering of going inside if you’re overwhelmed! Literally watched the whole sunset in the Panda Express parking lot so annoying. She also wrote on the receipt “gay” Toyota. My car isn’t even gray it’s green! I came at approx. 10:50 to an almost empty store and was given wonderful treatment, including the manager coming out and asking me if I needed anything. What happened? It's been awhile since my last visit, about 2 years, mainly do my personal opinion for lack of the quality taste in food, well, in my opinion it is still the same lack of quality, and the portions are even smaller than they were two years ago. This is the reason why I haven't been back in 2 years, and I'm not going back. However, on a more positive note, there was a line going out the door. I guess what one doesn't know will not hurt them. Ordered at 6:20 and was told that they were making more steak and chicken and it would be a few minutes and they would bring it out. 6:40 rolls bye and they are pumping through people when I walk inside to check on our order. I wasn't offered any kind of update on my order when I asked about it so I decided to take a refund and to speak with the manager. The manager on duty was defensive and down right rude.I asked her about the refund and she was smug about how it would take a few days. No apologies or care given on her part and that's ok, since I won't be spending my money there in the future.
Very fast friendly service, food was warm. However the portions were noticeably much smaller compared to other locations in every different state we’ve ate Panda at. Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20
