I love panda express. This location is terrible on food freshness and portions. Very skimpy on entrees and keep food out too long. Got Beijing beef that was so old, it was basically rubber. Frequently have teriyaki chicken out of stock, completely out, won't make it. Never have this issue at other locations. Tried multiple times over the last year, just disappointment. They deserve less than one star. Ordered and paid for a meal through their app yesterday. After waiting about 20 minutes past the pick up time, they said they were out of what I ordered. They tried to talk me into taking something else, but I just wanted a refund. They told me they don't do refunds. The manager wouldn't talk to me. I was told I needed to call HR and they might be able to do something for me- no idea how that would help. Left without my food or a refund. Got a beef with broccoli bowl and fried rice. Rice is basically white rice with some veggies. Beef and broccoli consisted of one small piece of beef and the rest with undercooked broccoli. No sauce etc… it was awful!!! Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1
