Many guests say that waiters serve tasty orange chicken, teriyaki chicken and seafood here. This fast food offers food delivery for the convenience of its clients. Sadly, if you look through the guests' comments, employees are downscale at Panda Express. The spectacular atmosphere makes a good impression on reviewers. But this place hasn't got a high rating from Google users.

I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but this location 100% earned this review! Definitely not gourmet, but fast Chinese food that’s usually quick but frequently incorrect, so always check your to-go bag for mistakes. They also like to say they have something available, charge you full price, send you on your way with a receipt that verifies their mistake, then deny it when you go back to have them correct your order. They won’t give cash refunds… EVEN when it’s their error, so plan to write your name down and come back to redeem you “item” in replacement food at a later date… VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! When you charge a customer for a large, but only have enough to fill a medium and are too lazy to make more, and inconvenience the customer by making them come back when they catch your mistake, REFUND THE ORDER! It’s not rocket science! How inconsiderate to your customers! We don’t go here often because the calorie count is horrendous, but as a Vegetarian, I do recommend the Super Greens and Veggie Spring Rolls. The restaurant has closed 20-30 minutes earlier than the listed time on the doors more times than I can count. They also won’t make fresh spring rolls of its 30 min before closing time because they can’t be inconvenienced or bothered. We’ve eaten at this location about 15 times over the last 14 years and we finally said no more! It’s not worth my hard earned money or time to pay them to get my order wrong, overcharge me, then force me to come back for a food exchange versus a refund. DO NOT RECOMMEND! One of the better Panda expresses around. Quick service, quality food and nice staff. Food is always consistent. The building is always so cold though! Seating is clean and ample. The staff is always friendly and helpful with making decisions! Better than other pandas around. Absolutely horrible. I ordered the Compao chicken à la cart. The chicken was so dry and the vegetables also were so dry it appeared to be leftovers from last night that were refrigerated then reheated. Love the food when they have it available. They are often out of super greens, steamed rice and teriyaki chicken….my 3 favs. Often short staffed, today had lobby closed on a Saturday during lunch. The past 3 months I have gone to this Panda Express on 5 different occasions and EVERY time they've "run out" of Orange Chicken and multiple other entrees. How does a restaurant consistently runout of basic entrees they've built their brand on? Tonight I waited in line for 20 minutes in the drive thru, only to get to the window where I was informed they'd run out of Orange Chicken, white rice and 2 other of my entrees. I ordered ahead and pulled up at 2:40 as I received a text my.order was ready at 2:48 the girl in window told me it be a wait on black pepper chicken she said it will be about 4 minutes! It's now 3:01 when I received my.order finally instead of just offering me what was already made to save time I had to sit in drive thru, I was gonna just drive off and request a refund till I finally got my order. This location seems to struggle a bit. Employees are not rude or anything, but could be more aware of waiting customers. Wait times are longer than they should be. Store is clean, food is good tho. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

We stopped in there for lunch and we were waiting for the entrees we wanted to get refilled (about 10-15 minutes we were standing there) and a family came in and ordered and sat down to eat. The mother returned to the counter with an open box that they had put the wrong entree in for one of the kids so they replaced it with the correct item. While standing there we watched the employee take the wrong order and place it back into the entrees selection and stir it in instead of throwing it away. Grossed us out!! We don’t know if that had been eaten out if, touched or even tampered with. We won’t EVER return there! Disgusting!!! Meal type Lunch Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

Everytime I go here, they fall short. The food is what it is, but the service and customer experience is consistently trash. There can be 2 cars in the drive thru and you'll wait 20-30 mins. Randomly the lobby or drive through will be closed. Order has been wrong multiple times but at least I've gotten to try new things. Bring your phone to watch a video in the line and it's not so bad. 30 LONG MINUTES WAITING DRIVE TRUE Food is over dry I don't feel that I ate something tasty happens all the time. 😂 I back. After this half of plate I need a second one. Charge me more for the plate but filled up all the way.. 5 stars ✨
