Now the staff was great very nice and accommodating me and my wife dined in and it was a peaceful experience. Definitely coming back. Also I took a picture of the empty plate cause I ate the food before I took a picture but it was yummy and looked amazing Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The service at this Panda Express is consistently poor. It seems like the management here lacks proper training, as they frequently run out of both entrées and sides. Today, around 5 p.m., there was a significant shortage of items, leading to disappointed customers leaving the restaurant empty-handed. This has become a recurring issue, which is happening multiple times a week. Feeling frustrated by the lack of options, I decided to visit a different location. I urge the higher management to address these issues promptly and ensure better service at this location. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The people behind the counter always seem so bothered to do anything. I don't understand how people who work in service can be so passive and annoyed when they're literally paid (not very well, I know, but still) to do what you're asking. This particular time, the guy behind the counter was like, "what else. What else. What else." The food is mediocre at best. Cleanliness is equivalent. I guess I have too high of expectations but looking at all the reviews here, I see I'm in the same boat as everyone else. Also, how unprofessional to have employee reviews out in the lobby! Young girl working the drive thru on 1/07/24 at 9:15pm needs an attitude check. My receipt says her name is "Daisy B". Super impatient/rude and made it seem like it was such an inconvenience that she had to take my order. Cut me off multiple times while ordering and after asking what entrees they were out of, all she was responded "a lot." We got two bowls w/ fried rice and terriaki chicken and another bowl w/ orange chicken. The terriaki chicken was cold and was like jerky, looked like it had been sitting under the light for hours. It was not edible. The rice was cold, the orange chicken was dried out as well. Got 3 egg rolls and they to were old and cold too. I will not be going back, 30 plus dollars is a lot of money to spend and not be able to eat your food! The staff was not friendly or attentive either. I ordered this bowl of orange chicken and chomein. Drove 30 minutes home. When I did get home I noticed there was almost 0 chomein. At first I tried to eat it anyways, but it’s mainly cabbage and green onions. Decided to call back asking for a refund, having the receipt. They told me they can’t do refunds over the phone, after they had also just told me there’s no manager on shift. I was really polite and nice hoping that would get me somewhere-before and after ordering, but it didn’t. If you eat here just prepare to be disappointed. Ordered the Beijing beef bowl with white rice and they gave me 5 pieces of meat in the bowl and à la carte medium Beijing beef because I knew there wasn't going to be a lack of meat in the bowl due to past bad service, that does not mean you only put 5 pieces of meat in the bowl with the rice filled to the top because I ordered extra meat.... wth .... Unfortunately even the fresh made order of Kung pao was very watered down and just tasted soggy and gross. My wife got string bean chicken and she said it was not seasoned and watered down as well. Then my sons order of orange chicken was overwhelmingly orange flavored and the breading was soggy. So all in all very gross food here. Next order of business the staff was just so distracted with the drive through they kept asking what we wanted since they forgot multiple times when we told them what we wanted and kept trying to put chow mein on my plate when I asked for fried rice 3 times. Then we asked for a table to be cleaned and she said they are too understaffed and it would be a long time. They never went and cleaned one and we were there for 40 minutes. They had 5 team members and no one could take care of it. The inside had us and 2 other people already seated and given their food so no excuse there. Not many people in line too. Lastly the place was just disgusting all tables dirty except the handicap table. The trash cans were overflowing all throughout the restaurant and the bathrooms were dirty.
