I ordered online. I drove to pick it up. I was informed, "You have to come inside." Once inside, we were ignored. The package of teriyaki chicken leaked. And, while we ate, five men and one women (one at a time) asked to used the restroom. It had to be unlocked by an employee. What's up with that? I have never been to this Panda Express and I don’t know if I would ever go back. I wanted a plate with white rice and sweet fire chicken then a plate with fried rice and orange chicken. They were out of white rice and said it would be a half hour until it was ready so I did both fried rice. I had to wait until the orange chicken was ready. By the time the orange chicken was ready they were waiting on fried rice. I waited over 20 minutes for the two plates. Then they put the wrong meat in both plates and I had to go back inside after checking out. They were out of orange chicken again and waited over 5 minutes for more orange chicken. I had just picked up my brother from being in the hospital for a week due to a surgery he had to get and the first thing he wanted to eat was Panda Express. We came here hoping to relax and just enjoy a nice meal together before going back home. Upon entering, it was really nice and quiet. But when the employees were taking our orders, they were really rude and made us feel so unwelcomed. My brother felt so terrible blaming himself for being slow to place his order because he was still a little out of it from the anesthesia. But I reassured him it was not his fault. The workers were sort of making him feel like he was stupid. I felt so bad. I stood next to him to help him order his food and the way the workers acted, like we were a nuisance to them. I can’t remember their names but one was an Asian guy and the other was a black lady. I would not go here again.. Price per person $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Showed up before 12 and ordered our food only half of the options were present on the hot table. They said it would be a few minutes and we have been waiting for a half an hour while one meal and the apps were sitting in a bag for the rest of the food to be made. I used to operate Avis Budget Car Rental within Sears Auto, very close by this Panda Express location, so I frequently stopped by. Recently and today, I stopped by going through drive through as usual. The quality of the food is excellent nice and fresh, but customer service was very poor as usual. I knew they were going to forget my teriyaki sauce on the side, so I even pleaded with the cashier that took my order. I said, "Please put my teriyaki sauce on the side." (Without the sauce, it's just grilled chicken!) Cashier gave me my food, I opened to-go box and as usual no teriyaki sauce. I had to ask a 2nd time...no apology and no thank you! Funny thing is cashier grabbed two bag of teriyaki sauce and said that's all they have for sauce on the side. Interesting...lady, just put the darn sauce in the bag and say your thank you! Oh btw no napkin(s) too!

If you want onions and Cole ask for the chow mein. This place used to have good quality but it's gone downhill. One of the servers just doesn't care. Gonna have to drive further away to another branch instead. Unfortunately, this will be the last time we're coming at this location. The only thing that improved was the chopsticks. Service Dine in

Everyone's nice and the food that I'm used to looks good but I want to try something new and unfortunately I cannot try because they don't give samples at this restaurant you might want to consider changing to where people could have a sample so they could try something new without being scared of having to throw it away other than that great Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3 Recommended dishes Chow Mein

They messed up the order 3 different times before actually leaving the store. When we got into the car we decided to check the receipt and food again. They over charged us. Went back inside to get it fixed and they told me they dont do refunds! So i didn't receive the extra food that they charged me for nor would they give me my money back. Worst service ever! Waited in the drive through over an half hour. Couldn’t leave the line otherwise I would have. Once I got to the window they never said anything about the long wait, gave me my food that looked nothing like what I ordered and it was burnt and very hard. Asked for my money back and they told me to call a number for the manager. Gave 1 star because they guy that worked there apologized and gave me a free drink. I will never eat here again and I would NOT recommend them to a starved person if they food was free!
