Chinese food is good here. Many people visit this fast food to try perfectly cooked orange chicken, beef with broccoli and fried chicken. Visitors don't like biscuits at Panda Express. Food delivery is a big benefit of this place. The staff is said to be appealing here. Good service is a strong point that plays a great role for the success of this spot. Great place to eat . They never have any of your favorite foods ready. Also you get the opportunity to hear your order and still not get the correct order. In the drive through I ordered a drink with my order and they forgot to add it. I asked them, can you just add the drink? and they told me no. Had to wait 20 minutes to get my drink in line on my lunch time inside. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

I ordered the family pack (2 sides and 3 entrees) through the app for pick up. I waited for my order and went in when it was suppose to be ready. I notified which order I was looking for. They advised it would be 1 minute as they were packing my order. I waited inside. It turned out they gave my order to someone else. I watched several people come in and get orders fulfilled. I waited another 45 minutes for my order and finally had to ask again. They advised it had been made and was sitting. In the entire time waiting no one checked back in or let me know my order was ready. The place was empty other than employees who were standing around joking while the manager was outside for about 20 minutes talking to someone in the parking lot laughing away. I am disappointed. Had the manager been available I would have just asked them to refund me. It’s ridiculous to have to wait over an hour. Nothing about this was enjoyable or proactive.

The gal asked for my bag back so I handed it baçk through the drive thru window because she had given the car behind me order and I received no silverware and my food was so sloppy in the plate it was no longer appetizing. I'm sure the gentleman behind me didn't want an order that I had opened in my car then returned but I watched them hand it to him. We both deserve a refund. I usually enjoy food here, but going into this restaurant ruined it. I was ignored while I stood there waiting. I could see the staff chatting but not acknowledging that I was there. They even made eye contact while ignoring me. When they did finally help, there was no personality at all. No smile, no apology, just a "what do you want " attitude. My visit 6 months ago was 1 star, it was very understaffed and food was always minimal portioned, and minimal options available. Then I went back a week ago and the service, food quality, management, staff, portions, and speed of service was outstanding. I highly recommend this spot for a Panda if you are in the area, they've earned my 5 stars. The food is not consistent. Some days it is perfect, other days way too salty and too sugary. The rice, no matter if it is white, brown or fried, consistently is hard and dry. Often they are completely out of brown rice. It would be great if instead of making people pull around the building to wait for certain entrees to be cooked, if you would already back-up entrees ready to go before the batch before it sells out... have it ready. You have a very limited entree menu, so it shouldn't be that difficult to do. Please also keep the drive thru open instead of closing it when you are short staffed. A lot of people who are disabled or seniors could find it difficult to get inside your building with a motorized scooter, walker or wheelchair and maneuver through the tables to get up to the counter to order and then try to get themselves, their food and drinks out the door. Like anything else...depends entirely on the crew that's working and time of day...portions may vary depending on busy times and if cooks are keeping up. I'm not sure why the banners outside are so large offering jobs...kinda tells you they are just keeping their heads above water, so you wonder what service is in store 🤔 for your visit? Always super busy and takes a while to get your food. It’s still Panda food, which I’ve always loved so that’s worth it. Unfortunately the last time we went, my boyfriend found 2, short, curly hairs in his Kung pao and that is just too hard to get past. We would have gone and politely asked for a new serving but the line was almost out the door and we waited too long to get food anyway. I know mistakes happen but unfortunately I cannot eat here again after finding that. I just don’t trust it. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20

I have seen better locations this is not a branch that I would by far I would go there and just watch how these folks do these orders whether you're a customer dining in or a takeout or even a drive-thru customer or even a pickup this place is quite frankly shows nothing about caring for a common courtesy or the I put or have any heart and what they do for themselves and or others this is a gossip as long as they're there it's a paycheck they don't care about your weight they don't care about your fresh or hourly set out food they still serve they pick and choose which orders they start they don't come in a customer by customer Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
