This particular Panda is usually busy and is worth the few minutes to get really good food. The staff is friendly and expeditious, the food is fresh and tasty and the dining area and drink stations are clean and well stocked. You can even order online and have your food waiting for you. I ordered through doordash I got rice that is not cooked and salty. Rice tastes really bad. So the fun part is they sell you uncooked rice and salty and still don't want to refund you. I am paying for this I should receive better quality food than this. We trust you, it's your job to serve us better, we pay and you have to give us a good quality of food not the bottom of the pot. One of the best panda's I've been to. It was very clean. The workers were always cleaning when there was no customers to serve. When customers did come in they fi.sijed up and went to help customers right away. The 2 front of the house people working were fabulous. Great attitudes and treating every customer with care and attention. The short lady working is a hoot. Such am outgoing personality and a great worker! Been craving Panda for a while so went there for lunch. Dirty place when standing in line to pay one of the drinks on by the counter (a monster) had mold around it which we told the lady but she didn’t care. Later when eating enjoying my food I find a long hair in the chow mein. So first & time going. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I stay away from food in surprise Arizona.. it's never good.. never hot.. or fresh.. for some weird reason.. the chicken at this particular panda taste different.. and not in a good way..lol.. you don't get a welcome to panda at the surprise location.. not that it bothers me.. but a good vibe from the time you open the front door of the business.. and until you leave.. you should feel welcomed and excited to eat good hot food.. I nice change of pace from other fast food joints. I happened to be passing Panda Express and decided to surprise my wife by bringing us lunch. She was excited to be getting something other than burgers, and we enjoyed the meal tremendously. Everything was good and still warm when I got home. It was enough to share the meals so we had a good meal. I am going to make this a regular stop when we want something we can just sit and enjoy a good meal together. Food was as good as I remembered. My daughter just brought home Panda for dinner. Bigger plate has double teriyaki chix & kung Pao as the third. More like 1 order teriyaki chix & 1/2 order in small container of kung Pao chix. Broccoli chix more like 1 order on large plate not two. Orange chix bowl 8 dang sm pieces of orange chix & not much chow mein. Large alacart orange chix not filled either. With the prices we pay for this food they should of been full orders. This is not how you prepare the sizes to go. This isn't first time this location has done this. Guess we have to drive further if we want to get what we pay for as this is unacceptable. If you're feeding you're family don't go to this location, drive further & go to the Panda located on Waddell on the other side of the 303. December 1st 2023. Smh...
