I went through the drive through. I ordered the Shanghai Beef. I ordered the plate but did not get a double entree. My side was the fried rice. It didn't have the fried rice taste. The veggie in it were crunchy. The rice itself lacked flavor. They have a great sized large beverage. The beef was pretty good but the portion was really small. Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I live in DFW area where pandas usually terrible 😂 But not this one! Food was good and freshly cooked. Place clean and I loved the huge windows to see all terrible traffic around. The service was slow and the food was cold. There seemed to be no hustle, sides were coming out slow. Those should be called for before they’re out. The wait was 10 minutes for fried rice. Some people waited 20 minutes for food. The short, older lady responsible for serving the lobby seemed to be working incredibly slow and lacked the ability to effectively communicate with the customers. The only person busting their butt was Isaac. He deserves a promotion or a raise! Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Since they started staying open, their food had been disgusting the past few times I've gone for dinner. The fried rice and steamed rice was half way cooked, hard and crunchy. Fried rice had no flavor, the Orange Chicken seemed like they didn't cook it long enough for the sauce too take on its usual taste. It's like they're not having the food ready in the evening they're making it only when its ordered. I was super disappointed and upset that I was so tempted to take my whole order back. Need more help in the kitchen. They are constantly out of items, so I often leave and go to the neighboring restaurants. When items are in stock they are good but that's rare unless all you want is orange chicken.

Food was good portions we're kinda small for price you got noodles are rice and two sides was only down fall but they piled on the rice making you full fast guess because rice expands more I'd liked more options got chicken fried rice,and for two sides orange chicken,and teriyaki chicken strips I thought it was ribs kinda looked like it but pulled off bone,had Dr pepper grandkid usually likes noodles and she doesn't usually complain about her noodles but she this time she didn't care much for them like she does at are favorite other Chinese food that is the best .and the fortune cookies were a disappointment broke cookie no fortune atmosphere was nice people nice place was clean .just food could have been a little better for price Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $50–100 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Panda is always wonderful comfort food. The consistency is what's key when it comes to visiting panda. The parking lot is tight and in s very busy area so be careful. The drive thru tends to be always busy. The inside seems always busy. The food is always being cooked fresh and always tastes so good. The food did not taste good at all..... lo mein tasted like cardboard, beef and broc was ok but would not get it again. I ordered an egg roll cause I love egg rolls, but once I bit into it blah tasted like dirt . Over half the meal In the trash!!! I don't see the hype!went to the Mall of abilene and got better food from the Chinese place there 🤷‍♀️ the next day! They for real got some of the worst service. They told us to pull around to the front to wait for chicken cause it’ll take 8 minutes, that’s fine till 20 minutes pass and here going in they totally forgot about it and had the person who did remember go on break…a hour before they close 😌 Only use Panda to be your paul bearer so they can let you down one last time Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

The staff at this location is top notch. ALWAYS friendly, fast and eager to help. The food here is FRESH--by fresh, I mean always hot and delicious.. The entire property is CLEAN, including the parking lot. This is by far my favorite Panda location. Keep it up guys!!! Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20
