Doing an Uber Eats delivery and got the request on the other side of town. I don't understand why my order wasn't even started until I got there. I don't get paid to stand and wait. As you can see they are not understaffed.

Steel wool they clean the grills with. In my orange chicken tried to called no one will answer the phones I'm 15 minutes away this was a drive thru order.

Have yet to have a decent experience at this Panda Express. Takes 20 minutes before you’re acknowledged in the drive thru, and they’ll always be out of over half the stuff on the menu. Unfriendly staff is just the cherry on top to ensure I never go to this location again. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The service was quick and the drive thru was moving. We got alot of food for our money. We got the combo pack to try different dishes, since this was our first time. The orange chicken was way too vinegary, the smell overpowered your nose before taking a bite. The rangoons were overpowering on the cream cheese to crunchy wrapper. The mushroom chicken was tasteless. The beef broccoli type dish was all broccoli and no saucey taste. The food was subpar compared to any other Chinese food type place Ive been too. Slow service. The person at the window was friendly. Paid $2 for an egg roll and it wasn't in the bag when I got home. The walnut shrimp was dry and the teriyaki chicken was cold. Chow Mein was fresh. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20

After reading reviews from a month ago, we weren't sure, but stopped to check it out. Glad we did. First, the place was spotless, food was fresh and good, and glad we got there before the crowd that showed up. From kansas and this was one of the best panda expresses we have been to. Well, I must admit that my husband and I have any eaten here many times, and this time we were disappointed. Serving size was good but food was just OK. The noodles did not have the flavor that they normally do and appeared different. Our online order asked for sweet-and-sour sauce and fortune cookies and got none. Also, found out through the app that the Branson Hills location does not participate in the rewards program. Why use the app if you’re not going to get rewarded? Won’t be doing that again. We in dined on Monday the restaurant was trashed, the soda fountain was covered in spilt drinks no napkins, the tables and floors were covered in food, we got our order food was not fresh at all, our fortunate cookies were extremely stale. Wish I could leave zero stars. About the most worthless restaurant in all of Branson. Went through and asked for our food with white rice, they took our money and then told us they were out of white rice but “can’t” refund us. They could write our name in a “book”, we are not from Branson this is not something we could just come back to. Disrespectful, horrible service. Finally got our refund after 15 minutes.
