The Hot Cheeto Burrito wasn’t great. You can get a better looking and tastier one from Ranchero’s with more Cheetos and better cheese. I had to look for the Cheetos in this burrito. Food: 1

The food was VG. Which was the $12 Street Taco entree. 🌮 The $3.75 Mexican Cokes were flat. The Queso was good but a bit expensive, compared to other establishments. I’ve had this problem with you guys MULTIPLE TIMES. I ordered what’s on the receipt and you guys STILL insist on putting MEAT on my food. I AM ALLERGIC! and I make this VERY CLEAR everytime. I feel like this was purposely, as this has happened multiple times before. I will not be eating here again, this is not okay. This could have put me in the hospital! This is not DoorDash problem, all they did was deliver my food. You guys prepared it, and failed to read what was ordered. I went thru the drive thru line to order my food and take it home to eat. The wait was very short and they serve you a hot meal quickly. I had the tamale dinner which I found to be quite tasty. The gentleman working the drive-thru window was friendly and wore a big smile that reflected his good nature in his eyes. The first time I ate here, I had a large shredded beef burrito that I thoroughly enjoyed. I thought it a great value because of how much beef they stuffed into a tortilla. Their menu is extensive so you should be able to find whatever Mexican delights you're in the mood for. I will be returning to Panchos soon to taste another menu item and I recommend you do the same! Sugar Creek Pancho's. I'm happy to have a Pancho's close an easily accessible 24 hrs daily. I or anyone I have try the Asada Fry's or Loaded Nachos just love this place. Will definitely be eating here again. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

It may look like a fast food Mexican restaurant, don't let the looks deceive you. This little locally owned Mexican restaurant serves up some of the best and also authentic Mexican food you're going to find anywhere, even the sauce that they make is so good that it's almost addicting. There is really only one bad thing to say, the drive thru time can be slow and painful; outside of that, it's awesome. The combo "plates" are generous portions, and the food has got some flavor. It's certainly better than most drive-thru fast food places, and it's plenty of food! Just wait for it! Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Beware of up charges without being informed of them! I regularly order enchiladas with extra red sauce and have NEVER been charged extra. I noticed on my receipt tonight a charge of $2.00 extra for sauce!? The cashier did NOT inform me of this charge when I placed my order. If she did, I would have told her to hold it. She said they always charge for it. Well I’m there 2-3 times per week and I have the receipts to show that they never have before. I understand a little upcharge is acceptable. But $2.00? That’s crazy! Most restaurants charge $.25-.50 for extra sauce and they always inform you of extra charges up front. Pancho’s is a great place to eat. The food is always fresh and taste great. Order it through door dash if you want. Enjoy. Very clean inside The California and the Kansas burrito are the bomb. Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20
