Food and service was good. They were accommodating with menu adjustments, which is a plus! A shot of tequila was on the generous side. House margaritas were pretty good. Special was 8.00. The lighting is very bright. If lights were dimmed, it would give a totally different ambiance to this place. Service was very friendly. They only have 1 large tv on Outter wall and 1 in the bar so not the best place to come on game day. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

So delicious! Loved everything we got: complimentary chips with three kinds of salsa, enchiladas mole with rice and beans, and quesabirria tacos with consomme for dipping. Enchiladas and tacos we're overflowing with filling. A little hard to find, Google maps will send you to the front of the adjacent Clarion Hotel. Go *past* the hotel, to the 2nd sign for Panchito's entrance. You won't be disappointed. Came in from Kansas to visit and we stopped here and I got the guacapollo plate and it was so good. Very flavourful. The salsa they give you with the chips was reAlly tasty too. It is not hot hot but it did have a good kick. The plate was huge! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
