I can not tell you enough about this place, the first picture I posted has a pic of one of the best management I have ever seen, this store was very clean, fun to visit and the food was fantastic, when you go here they don't just slap a burrito together, they get your order and when they are finished they actually mix all your ingredients together so every bite is amazing, you tell them what to put on it so you can not really say hey you messed it up, lol. He had 2 other workers with him that were just as good. It was fast, tasty, clean, and not good but great service. Thank you guys for all you did that day, I will visit again. I enjoy the food every time I come here! The workers are very kind. I’ve noticed when my husband and I eat here it’s usually around $23 for us vs chipotle being close to $28-30 when we go there. So far it’s been delicious and fresh each time I’ve been here. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

I was craving a certain something and Pancheros hit the spot! The staff was super delightful and if I were to eat there, the dinning area was clean and had a decent amount of available free tables. I ended up with a bowl of rice, black beans, queso, chicken, hot sauce, shredded cheese, sour cream, guacamole, and jalapenos. I also got myself a bottle of Orange Vitamin Water. I have been to Pancheros on 41st during the week, and have repetitively received outstanding service. The reason for losing stars was due to service received over a weekend. There were none of the weekly staff, the ones there were unprofessional, and acted as if unaware what their job was. They were impatient to cook a burrito and made it without cooking through (wasn’t even flipped). Week staff are terrific, as for the weekend, not so much.
