So my experience at this Panarottis, food was tops and fresh. My pizza was perfect and milkshakes good. Service totally sucked, I had to get up and ask for service to and the waiters could jot have cared less. We ended up being served by the manager, waiters/waitresses passed us as if we did not exist. I went there with my sister on the 31st of December, and my goodness did I regret everything. I ordered a pizza and she ordered a seafood pasta meal. The seafood pasta was so disgusting and undercooked, the very berry milkshake was too sweet, and the utensils and plates were dirty!!!!! . The whole restaurant was dirty, not to mention the floor. Everything was disgusting, and even the tables weren't cleaned properly. Please stay away from this Panarottis entirely!!!!!!! Decided to try out Panarottis Carnival City for my Daughter's birthday, little did I know this was going to be a horrible experience. Before we ordered I asked the waiter if they celebrate birthdays and she said yes. She brought refreshments then just 1 minutes before she brings the food she brings the ice cream for the birthday girl, then right after we get the food. Now we puzzled weather we should eat the ice cream or eat the food. After eating unfortunately there was a power outage. Panarottis waiters act like hooligans running pushing minors that my 2 year old was pushed and hurt her eye with the table. No apology nothing they just carried on and pretending like nothing happened. Even after eating the tables are not cleared of dirty dishes they wait for you to ask for the bill before the clear the plates. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Awesome date night. Was so in the mood for Pizza and the food was just amazing. Staff was friendly and manager ensured we get our food fast and steaming hot. Will definitely recommend them. They follow Covid rules as required and the place is neat and tidy. Can't wait to go again.

Always a good experience.. Our waiter MO knows exactly how we like our pizza.. Keep up the amazing work. I was not very satisfied with the cleanliness of the washrooms unfortunately😔

Absolutely Shocking 😲 Took my family out for dinner on Saturday night the store was so dirty, papers and rubbish all over the place looked like the floors had not been mopped in days... The women's bathroom was horrendous 😫 Mould and rubbish all over the floors and the smell was worse than a sewerage plant... 8 managers on Duty What a DISAPPOINTMENT Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The place is pretty great, staff are usually very friendly, food is good. The birthday music pkayed 15 times while I was there maybe over hour and half was annoying. Also they never ask for my rewards card. Keep missing my points. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

This is easily the worst food establishment I have been to. I went here with some friends on a weeknight and the service and cleanliness of this place was shocking. The restaurant was not full.We waited a long time to be seated. Once seated we placed our order for drinks and went to the bathroom to wash up. While walking to the bathroom I was appalled at how dirty this place is, I can only imagine the state of the kitchen. First there was no soap in the bathroom, there was water in the soap dispenser instead?? Then there is the litter and mess that’s everywhere on the floor. Food and drinks spills are all over the floor that was extremely off putting. Only 1 staff member was cleaning the whole place, but to make it worse the staff member was using a dirty mop to clean the floors that STANK up the entire place. It was easily the most vile smell I’ve ever experienced in a restaurant. After the mop incident we called the manager and canceled our orders (15 min after ordering the drinks still had no arrived), Absolutely appalled by how dirty this place is and I will never recommend this branch to friends and family. Cleanliness should be at the forefront of any restaurant, if this is how they treat the dining room I cannot imagine the kitchen. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner
