The sandwiches are delicious. I ordered the pastrami on pan sobao, and it was just like I remembered from my youth in PR. I also ordered a tostada con queso de papa and it was unbelievable cheesy and fresh. Where they need a little work to do is with their service. PR is a very tricky place when it comes to service…it’s extremely hit or miss. In some places they treat you like straight up family, while in others it feels more like they’re there as a favor to you. The female attendant needs to work a little on attitude and service. The other female in charge of making the sandwiches, she’s on point talent and attitude wise. There’s really not much I can say about atmosphere, as the place is a bakery… it looks like a bakery, smells like a bakery, tastes like a bakery, so in essence it’s got a bakery atmosphere.

Three years ago when I moved to Bayamón, this was my favorite bakery. It has only been degrading and getting worse every month in all aspects;
(1) Bread doesn't last 2 days without getting like a rock (used to be one of the best).
(2) Orders are inconsistent, you never get what you order.
(3) Sandwiches are extremely poor depending who's preparing them, 95% of the time getting one sad slice of whatever you order. Example; In the picture you can see that as an experiment I ordered "extra mortadella" on a sandwich and just got an extra small slice folded in half, also ordered "extra butter" on the toasts, they where even dryer.
Note; This is not a one time thing, I've given them the opportunity for a couple of months now and continued to stop at least once per week to see if it was something temporary before leaving the review, but I see no improvement, only keeps getting worse. It is sad such a good business is left behind like this.
Nice bakery with fresh pan sabao and pastries. Also has some produce and huge refrigerated section with wide choice of beverages. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Puerto Rico 🇵🇷 is back!
Very nice bakery and coffee shop. They do not offer a wide variety of pastries, but everything is very fresh. Coffee is particularly good and they bake at least two badges of fresh bread daily. Prices are good. They do accept debit cards, but I'm not sure if they accept credit cards. They have a small parking lot.
Ask for the cocido de garbanzos and pastrami sandwich. Also, they have a version of pull apart cinnamon and raisin bread

Great bread... I mean it's one of the best breads I have taste. Every thing else it's inconsistent. One day the oatmeal is great the other is burn. Just keep going for the bread
