Last chance for bread, milk and eggs in this little family-run business. Plenty of room to park and the prices are great, considering there is no other place for many miles around, there is no price gouging. They also carry light hardware and supply items for landscaping, plumbing, electrical, and gardening along with many other little knick knacks. You can't go inside during the pandemic. Order from behind a locked gate. Service is a little stoic until you get to know the staff and they get to know you by name. After that, they're always happy to see you again and you'll always be greeted with a genuine smile. Be courteous, friendly and patient. If you ask for a gallon of milk, they will ask you if you mean a half-gallon or a full-gallon to avoid confusion. If they tell you that they are out, don't leave just yet: You're going to have to spell it out and ask if they can give you a gallon of milk in one-quart or in half-gallon containers. Get used to a mix with the metric system. Locals use the term 1 liter of milk to describe the actual quart of milk. The outside facade and ample parking could use a little TLC with a nicer sign and more attractive paint job.
You can get most things you need in a hurry.
