Bought two small cakes today for $15 each to celebrate my brother’s birthday. Once we came Home we realized that the cake tasted old and dry!!! Pricing is high for the quality of the dessert.

Looks delicious... but had to walk out... was asked to put on gloves... they are very low quality and kept ripping open...I told lady and she said I had to wear plastic gloves... decided to leave.
You have a great selection of sweet bread all kinds you name it they got it.
I ordered a cake. I went in on a Wednesday morning at 7am and asked if they could make it as I needed the next day by 5pm. I spoke to the one that bakes the cakes and she assured me it would be ready on time since they only need 24hrs notice. I put in my order and paid in full. I go in Thursday around 5:20pm to pick it up and they DID NOT HAVE IT. The cashier told me the order was there but the baker did not even attempt to make it. I was LIVID. They did offer me a full refund so I went elsewhere to get a last minute cake for my son's birthday. The manager reached out later that evening apologizing and assured me he would investigate the matter. He offered me a free cake of the same value for a future order and that he would write it my information down so he'd have a record of it. I appreciated that he was trying to make it right so I did try to redeem it about 2 months later but manager said he didn't remember offering me that but that he could offer me a 15% discount instead. I took my business elsewhere. I do understand I put in a last minute order but I should not have been told they could fulfill it. I could've gone somewhere else and avoided the disappointment.
This is probably my favorite panaderia in Houston. Everything here is amazing. I have not had a single bad piece of pan here. I highly recommend it.
Best time to shop for fresh French Bread is about 3pm. Coming out of the oven. Yum yum!!!. 😋 I highly recommend it.
Incredibly nice people and the sweet bread is so good! I no longer need to go anywhere else, as this is my favorite 😁. Yes they ask you to wear gloves to keep everything sanitary and clean, as we are in the middle of a pandemic. Any one who complains over that is just weird, lol
Good place but pricey compared to other bakeries, and it’s about the same bread quality. Jorge Ortiz Sr.

Bread to expense! But nice place
First time to visit this bakery. The pastries are great. And awesome service. With a "feel at home" attitude. Prices are fair well worth the quality of the pastries.
