This is a very old bakery. It's been in this town for more than 2 decades. Problably one of the oldest ones in town. But it's been stuck in the past as their systems are completely outdated. You still need to pay a 10 usd minimum if you want to pay with a card. The place itself is barely maintained. The building is extremely old and needs an overhaul. Not to mention it tends to have a bit of a cockroach problem on some days.
As for the pastries, they are ok. They are traditional puerto rican pastries. But nothing to go too crazy for. Same with their bread. As for the sandwiches, they are good. But they take very long to prepare. A bit too long. As they work extremely slow and they barely have any employees.

Love their bread. Especially water bread (pan de agua). Best in town.
