Hired for a Maintenance Technician position. Horrible structure, no training and a complete disregard for safety. Run scared of this place.
It's honestly a joke of a department and likely, the whole company.
Here to pickup load open appointment from 8-4 i came here exact 8am got dock right away it 3pm been on dock for 7hours and I check with loading guy he said he’ll start soon , already here for 7 hours , won’t be back here again for any load everyone stay away this load going to indiana
Worked at buffer 2 a year ago, basically carried the buffer. No longer exists because they lost all the contracts, always burning bread, the point system is beyond terrible, hire literally anyone. Fire the best employees and wonder why the place is going down.
I didn't get fired either I put in my two week notice and quit, place will be shut down soon. Management is beyond terrible
Also don't believe Autumn Smith, she recruited for them for a temp agency and gets paid to find them workers. Company is literal trash
Amazing bread!! The Artisan Hearth Rustic Bread is homemade bread in a sliced bread loaf. I have become so spoiled with this great tasting bread that when any other is used it’s a great disappointment. Please keep up that great work.
Last Saturday night, while enjoying game night with Kyle and Kara, Kyle suddenly stopped breathing and went into cardiac arrest. After CPR from Jon and the wonderful emergency responders in Waterloo, Kyle survived and has been in the hospital all week having test after test trying to figure out how this could have happened and treating him for consequences of CPR. Even though he was missing work due to no fault of his own, his company terminated his employment for missing work. Although I have no doubt this hard-working, kind, caring and responsible son of mine will find a new job, I can't get past how awful it is for a company to do that to an employee in such a health situation. My family will never be purchasing products from Pan-O-Gold Baking Company again! Maybe if others joined our family's outrage of their attendance policy, the company would change their policy in the future for the next poor sole who has a life-threatening event and can't go to work. I pray their employees stay healthy as no one deserves the stress of losing their job for being absent due to being in the hospital. If it would let me give ZERO stars, I would!
