Even with full capacity, service was fast and efficient. Ordering can be done prior to the allocation of table which cuts down the waiting time. Waiting area has the misted-fan which keeps the waiting customers cool even on a hot day. Good thought. Say hi to the resident dog. First experience with Pan Heong... have to get ready to queue to enjoy their dishes. Have the auto numbering machine for different size groups.. as we are a family of 16, so it took us some time to get table next to each other. The food was awesome, and pricing was reasonable. A must try, would be the porridge, the Wa tan Hor, the not spicy Otak, their half chicken herbal soup, the omelette, Fried rice and noodles... Kids, enjoy the late lunch, but we were satisfied . Definitely recommend for others to come and try 👍 👌 😀 Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person RM 1–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Plain Fried Sweet Potato Leaves with Minced Garlic

always packed with diners. the queue was horrendous during weekends, sometimes more than an hour to get a table. parking was another headache. on a positive note, their wat tan hor was always great. taste different from others. highly recommend. fish porridge was another good dish, good porridge thickness with fresh fish meat. always ordered these two dishes whenever we were here. worth the hassle to come here and queue for an hour? yes but not always. 😄 overall 4.5⭐ for the food. The wat tan hor lived up to the recommendation and expectations. The fried rice was also delicious. Overall highly recommended. But do come at non-peak hours for the best dining experience. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Sang Har noodle and pork is good. The place now comes with ticketing queue system. The not so good part is they can't wait to chase you off, even you are not done eating, they will bring you the bill Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person RM 60–80 Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4
The restaurant was very crowded when we arrived but the turnover was fast so our wait was not long. The fish and century egg porridge was smooth and yummy. Mee goreng was also good. But the steamed PADI chicken was blend. Penang Lor Bak was good! Selected food items were served by a robot efficiently. Parking could be difficult to find during peak hours. the highlight here has to be their 'wad Dan hor' (egg gravy horfun) I did come all the way for this. drench in delicious egg gravy. the kaw yuk mai fun are also executed in perfection , ull find many places r often very oily ..over here it's dry and the meehon absorb the gravy to the right point before serving. If I come with more people , I'll definitely order their loh mee and porridge too. I don't really get to eat here a lot (due to distance and the queue) but I've love this place since more than 10 years ago, and not only they manage to keep up with the quality .. the execution inside the kitchen also significantly improved ..I didn't have to wait very long for my food to be served. already looking forward for my next visit Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person RM 20–40 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I'm considered a regular here. This place is known for their "wat tan hor", and the side dishes - fried pork and fried beancurd roll. The queue is getting longer and longer though...

Their Sang Har Hor Fun (flat rice noodles with fresh river prawns) is the best. A must order menu item. The fried egg gravy, with its rich and savory notes, served as the perfect accompaniment to the dish. This food deserves a place at the top of your must-try list. The fried rice is also yummy. The standout feature of this dish lies in its unforgettable smoky essence, skillfully infused into every rice grain. For dessert, you can also try their soya bean curd.
