My husband and I had fantastic service at Palette. Pani was fantastic! Besides, welcoming us with a big smile on her face, she helped us with our coffee bean purchases to take to the states. She also helped us figure out which amazing desserts we wanted to eat in the shop. She also suggested Thai iced tea, which was absolutely amazing.
