Main dish like kambing perap & meatball very tasty. Crispy chicken chop also recommended, nice portion. Have to wait about 10-15mins for empty tables because so many people come to this restaurant but the staffs very helpful🫡

Unpleasant experience while dining here. Waited almost 1 hour for the foods. People arrived after us already started eating but we still have not receive our foods. Looks like they overlooked our order and only realized when we asked the waiter. Messy plating, not plenty choice of foods. Not recommended for big eater

So a friend suggested to come here because the place went viral but oh well... What a disappointment. The service is bad. The server even forgot to bring us our cutlery. I ordered Jagung Special and Mix Platter. To my surprise the drink tasted bland. The meatballs and chicken chop texture were ummm... bad? There were bones in the meatballs. We also requested a change in tables because we dined in for 8 people and the tables provided were shaky. I told my partner about it and he wasn't even surprised because he dined in here before and he had a bad experience too. Also, if you come here alone, it's not worth it because you won't have internet connection while waiting (for ages) for you meal to arrive.

The food was ok. Lambchop was served in small thin portions, not much meat. The corn taste watery. Have to bear with the long queue in the sitting area. But the queue moving fast thou. Parking is provided but we have to park far as most of the parking is full. And the parking area was not well-lit.

So this is the first time I've been to Pak Mat Western Restaurant and with all of the branches, I decided to go to this one, because its near to me and seems like relatively new.
Overall I liked it!
I don't why and how, but maybe in my positive thinking when its at full operation it look lively and great, but I came at around 10.50pm and everything already cleaned and ready to be closed! While it is said the operation hours are 4pm-12am daily, but its look like they ready to closed at 11pm.
Im feeling so uncomfortable with they already cleaning even though its not even near to the last order time...(be reminded that this place only operates 5 hours daily)
At first the environment are adequately spacious because the premise is an industrial building. Creative but quirky.
Then, while the atmosphere are good but they look liked they in a hurry to closed.
The waiter seems new and inexperienced. When I came to the counter, the cashier/waiter said that I need to take a seat first, so we go take a seat and she gave me the menu to choose with very limited menu with almost everything is unavailable, my friend and I who is very excited to try to came and with our work hours finished at 10PM hoping that this place can at least provide the DISH AND DRINKS that we hope had been unavailable 😕. Then while waiting, we hope that the waiter will come and take our order but seems like no one came but luckily some of the staff sees us raise our hand to take order and told us to GO BACK TO THE COUNTER AND ORDER!!?? Hahaha.. so confusing yet bringing raging questions...
The greatness of bulking cuisines/ fast food are, that the dish is all ready made, warm and look fresh even at the last minute closing time, but all we got are already cold sauce and lamb.
The dish we ordered are Double Lamb and Mix Platter. Despite of the cold sauce and meat, the dish are delicious and the meat are almost tender because it was not reheated..

Nice place for family. Very far. But makes hungry for the journey, so can eat upon reaching. Platter# are the best. Lots of beverages choices. First time experience with family. Family outing for birthday, father day, mother day, Adults and kids will love the food there. Big portions.

Our first time here.
My son was eager to come because of what his friends had told him about this place.
We were also quite excited to go as this place has become viral. At first we thought the place was not crowded but wait until we went into the restaurant which looked like a warehouse.
Personally, I didn't like the atmosphere as it was too crowded and no aircond. Plus, we had to wait for around 1 hour for our order!
If not because of my son, I'll not go. I rather buy any normal burgers at roadside stall.
But, the prices were quite cheap and that is the attraction, I guess.
All in all, it was worth to try. If I've given another chance to come here back, I'll skip. No more, I said to my son.
Sorry, I've forgotten to say something here. I should give them a credit too as the kitchen crew even gave me a new plate of steak because I got one which was not cooked well. I solute that!
