My partner and I messaged ahead that we are vegan and the Bistro noted they could accommodate our diet. WOW did they, a tasty starter, amazing main, and one of the best chocolate mouse desserts (they used aquafaba). The wine which was served was fantastic and also vegan!!! The chef is so friendly and guided us through the menu in English. We ordered the octopus, batfish, angus steak, and pork burger and all were delicious. Best restaurant experience we’ve had on Tahiti so far. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
