This location is terrible for pick up! They have these pick up shelves where the pizza sits and gets cold until pick up. It’s really hard to time it just right to pick up right when the pizza comes out the oven since they don’t do a good job of text notifications either. Parking’s surprisingly difficult for a place with a bigger lot due all the U-Haul trucks around the lot. We still like the Crossroads location more even though it’s slightly farther. They keep your pizza warm on the oven for pick up and I don’t come home with a cold pizza. Get rid of the cold shelf and stick with holding orders on the oven! It's Pagliacci so of course it's great pizza. This is a new location that opened in December of 2023. Excellent location for an area that has needed a Pagliacci. Since moving to the east side we have missed Pagliacci. There was a Pizza Hut at this location and out of the 13 years of living nearby I never bought a pizza from them. I've already been to Palliacci's twice since it opened. It has perfect thin crust with very delicious cheese. I feel bad for other pizza joints, Pagliacci may put them out of business.
