Service here is the best in Samoa, always greeted with a smile and 5 star customer service in the shop and cafe. Best quality handicrafts, jewellery and gifts at great prices not to mention the amazing garden cafe. They are amazing at elei fabric and do the loveliest dresses, shirts and lavalava. There's something for everyone here 😍

Such a relaxing and peaceful ambience this place brings. Enjoy both quality coffee and food either outdoor in the garden or indoor where you'll find yourself surrounded by majority of their products are locally made. To top it off, you'll have the most friendly staff who will approach you to let you know your order is ready while browsing inside their gift shop. Pacific Jewel is definitely a Jewel of its own 😊. Family friendly atmosphere.

Amazing garden cafe, surrounded by beautiful plants. Food and coffee was good. The gift shop has a great selection of souvenirs and gifts. It’s lovely to sit out amongst the plants, however a few mosquitoes around but insect repellent is provided.

Pacific Jewell Gift Shop. Very great selection of quality Jewellery and homeware. I picked up a necklace for my daughter and I. Well priced items, incredible detail/patterns on the pendants and happy customers. I cannot wait to come back and browse Samoa. I mean some more! 😁

Truly a hidden gem! They have a very large selection of local handmade items from craftsmen in surrounding villages and authentic clothing and fabrics that are hand printed and sewn in the store. If you want authentic, high quality, Samoan made items, this is your place. Once you go out back to the cafe, it feels like you’ve stepped into a hidden tropical oasis. The garden is stunning and the food is exceptional. I highly recommend the Tile omelette and the Sasalapa drink. If you’re feeling like a bit extra, order the crepes and lemongrass tea. You won’t be disappointed. 10/10 must visit if you’re visiting Apia.

Really cool shop to look for jewelry and gifts to take back home. Bonus is the cafe! Super fresh food. Ordered the tuna salad, and a smoothie I forgot the name of it (doh) and apparently popular for people to order as it's super healthy. 🤔👍

Love the garden setting, well landscaped & seems like you are far from town. Loved the sandwich & sasalapa drink I had but would not recommend the bagel (more like a bun or muffin). Great ambience!

Premium crafts made in Samoa so price is a little more than you'll find in the markets but there is no doubt most of what is here you will not see at the markets. Had lunch here also with family friends who live nearby. Food was delicious. The staff were mega friendly and there was no pressure to buy anything at all. Free to roam the shop and amazed at every turn. Walked away with bags of jewellery and homeware decore.

Thank you so much for the beautiful friendly, and welcoming service. Easy parking, had breakfast there - our orders came out fast. Food was so good, love the presentation of the tables, good value for money. Nice and quiet, mean as set up one stop shop - very authentic stuff. Definitely will be back for more!! Mālō 'Aupito Vivian, Jewel and your awesome staffs for having us. Totally blessed.
