Lovely place to dine at, great food, quick service, nice drinks but would be great if there was effort in making the drink more appealing by decorating it for the prices they are charging. I went in for brunch on a Sunday. The restaurant was not to busy at all but I'd still recommend making a booking in advance so you ensure you have a table when you arrive. They have meals which are called the Pablo Signature and served 24/7 which is nice. They include some breakfast options. I chose to have a cappuccino while I made my decision for lunch. They did not have Chai so those options were excluded. The cappuccino was quite nice and the coffee was fairly strong which is good. The presentation was a bit sloppy as coffee was spilled on the side upon arrival. For the meal I had the smoke salmon eggs Benedict. I requested the eggs to be poached medium well and they were. The food tasted really good but the wait was longer than I prefer. It was closer to the 30 minutes from order to arrival. The atmosphere was quite good and lively for a Sunday morning. Been 3 years since I was last here at Pablo in Sandton, the quality hasn't changed and is still decent. I do find it a bit on the expensive side of things though. Their Red Shakshuka is real deal. Had a great time and the burgers were amazing with proper meat patties. The service was also good we were well looked after. The DJs and music were on point which was my favourite part. Do keep in mind that it is part of a restaurant so in the evening the music must be turned down to accommodate the hotel. Nonetheless it was a vibe🤌🏾 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I went there for the breakfast buffet,the food that was not giving and they didn't have a variety of food to offer. You have to ask the waiters for things like eggs and bacon, I remember we asked for eggs and bacon for two people and we were just given one plate of eggs and bacon that were fit for 1 person. The music by the DJ was the best part of Pablo. The food was average and service was below average. The staff were not attentive and kept getting the orders wrong. We ordered 4 strawberry daiquiri shots in total and the waiter brought 4 shots per person. We asked them politely to correct the order and we were given attitude. There’s absolutely no reason why I would want to go back to Pablo.

Great breakfast/brunch spot with a good view. Open air restaurant that overlooks a busy street and the pool they have. I got the red shakshuka. It came with hummus and pita bread. The hummus and pita bread was amazing!! Very fresh and tasty. The shakshuka was also pretty good. Definitely have had more authentic but I think their take of it is nice. Also got a chai latte that was very delicious…exceeded my expectations. Service is good and quick. Would return again. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
