Nice Brewery located in the Oviedo Mall. Fairly large establishment that was generally busy during a Saturday afternoon. They have a small selection of signature brews along with a few imports from around the area. Since it was my first time, I sampled a few first. The On Par Ale was a bit hoppy for me, so I went with the Red Bug Red American Amber. It was bold and smooth, just as I like it (ended up having 2). They have food as well with a limited offering. I had the Smashed Sammy. 2 beef burgers with all the fixings plus a couple slices of jalapeño bacon (add on) and kettle chips (+1). The burger and chips were very good and a great compliment to the Red. Recommend stopping by if you’re in the area.

I follow them on social media and they posted new menu specials that looked great. Well we made a long special trip there just for these items, ordered and waitress says we ran out yesterday. Which ones I ask, all of them she says. Bummer, ok we'll order some other things. Well, not 10 minutes later the table next to us are enjoying the specials. I asked waitress why she says well we have them now. Seriously??? I asked for a manager and she looks at me clueless and just says sorry. Beers and food we did have we enjoyed but we will not go out of our way to visit here any more.

Stopped in last night for a beer during the carnival and Jake was super helpful finding the right beer for me. I could tell he was busy but still managed to be attentive and keep his cool. Will definitely be back!

Some of our food was really good and other was okay. Pizza was a little strange with the sauce on top and very messy to eat. Sweet potato fries were amazing! Beer was good too!

The vibe has been great, this is due to great staff like Lexi and especially Jake. They always greet you with such a positive attitude. Thanks so much Jake and Lexi for making this my favorite brewery and place to enjoy my down time.

Showed up for the end of bingo night and found a shot at the bar with a friend. Bailey was the only bartender and was surprised with how efficiently she got our drinks with how busy they were and somehow keeping a smile at the same time. Love the vibes here. Thank Bailey!

Amazing brewery with a great atmosphere! Super tasty ciders and craft drinks, absolutely love hitting this hidden gem. The staff are wonderful as well love when Lexi and Rebecca are workin the bar. Definitely make a stop here!
