Billy is always an Amazing waiter everytime we come in. Excellent customer service, very attentive, & serves all his tables like clockwork. Never missing a beat. Because of him we will definitely keep coming back. The food was also flavorful & delicious. First, y'all need to change that grease MORE OFTEN than you do! Just looking at the blooming onion was discusting! All 3 onions that was ordered, no one ate!!! Blooming onion was a giant GREASE onion! So greasy that the onion would not pull apart. It needed some serious cutting to get it apart. By the time you sawed off a piece, all the batter had fallen off! Come on guys...who's cooking/managing back there??? It's been well over 12 years coming here. A good 10 years before that!! Nothing has changed. -Our server never showed back to our table of 12 after getting our food until we were all ready to go!! I even had to ask the bartender to find our server to fill drinks at our table. I was being told that all servers work together. If that's the case then where was the service after we got our food? Not 1 person came by to check on us! By the time she got there, we were ready for our checks. Getting our checks was the fastest of everything. So fast, that she refused to listen to my issue about the Bloom and the steaks! Ughhhh so I left them a note! Years ago, I came in with a big party. It was so not worth the money spent. The manager at the time invited us back and I still had his card to come back until last month when I finally threw it away. Figured I was never going back anyway. It was my niece's bday dinner so, I figured that we give it ONE LAST try. It has not changed. Steaks were dry, some were chewy, and "mom's" steak was rare!! She did not ask for a rare steak! No one came back to check on us so, she never got to eat her steak!! And service... was sad. Not even a manager in sight. So highly upset with this exerience and such wasted monies spent at a birthday dinner :( I do not recommend this place. Keep away!!! There are way better steaks and blooming onions out there! I gave 2 stars for the people, because they're lovely. I've eaten here several times. We went to eat on Saturday night, and it was the final straw. Service is always slow at this location. But to walk in with the tables 60% empty, and have a 45 minute wait is unacceptable. The staff at the entrance was lovely. But there's no excuse anymore. Other area restaurants don't have this problem. The only explanation for our experience over the last 3 years at this location can be management/ownership. I've also ordered for delivery and had my delivery driver waiting for an hour, when it should've been ready by the time he arrived. When I called to check on my food, the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. My steak, however, was awful. My sides were just ok. The quality of food isn't what it used to be. I will never return to this Outback again, unfortunately. Food: 2 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 2

I called ahead of time to get my name on the waiting list and when I arrived I went inside to check in and the hostess was very nice but we only waited 30 minutes. Our server was Robert W and he was very nice and attentive to us even though he had other tables that he was showing the same attention to . The food came out perfect and tasted soooooo good. My Steak and Pork Chops were cooked to perfection.. The atmosphere was good and the restaurant was very clean. I would definitely go back.. walked in and the hosts just stared at us. service was slow. food was poorly thrown together. steak was super small. tried to tell the waitress it was really small and she argued with me instead of offering suggestions or solutions. steak undercooked. husband got the chicken sandwich and the chicken itself was super small. they rationing around here. no napkins or silverware. had to ask for them and waited 10 minutes to get them while the food was sitting on the table getting cold. took my plate with sides not even touched without asking if i was done or if i wanted a box. don’t recommend at all. Food took 40 minutes and when it came out it looked like this not done and cold salad came out right before my food after I asked about it. I hate sending my food back but sometimes there is no way around it. We live 25 minutes away and the only reason we came here is because my son. Well look this happened different this time but still the same outback drove 40 minutes to get here got here because online says they’re open. Phone Number says they’re open but when I get here nothing on the door and I call and they’re closed I had to call the restaurant three times to get somebody to pick up the phone because they’re in there just let me know that they wouldn’t be opening until four so so far the last couple times that coming out back really weren’t great experiences so I don’t recommend it. Let me begin by saying we chose this location to take my son out for his 13th birthday. We called ahead and were pit on the call ahead list. When we arrived we were told the wait would be about 30 minutes. After 40 minutes I asked how much longer and was told it would be about another 15 which actually was 25 more. They do have decent seating inside and out for those guests waiting to be seated. Finally we were seated and the server took our drink orders and our appetizer order. She didn't know what a kiddy cocktail was nor, when I explained the drink, what grenadine was. A short time later our drinks and blooming onion arrived. We began eating and as we were trying to enjoy the greasy bloomin onion we realized we had not been given silverware or napkins. I looked for a server but couldn't find ours or another so I had to send my son to the car to get napkins I keep in my glove box. Our orders came a short time later and one of the sides, a side that was an additional charge, was forgotten. Our table had yet to be cleaned from our appetizers so we had to shift plates around. The food looked and tasted okay with the steaks cooked properly. The kitchen staff did a decent job on presentation and actual preparation. After we finished our meal we wanted to serve our son his cake. We asked the server if they had ice cream instead of their other desserts to accompany the cake we brought. She wasn't sure if they did until she checked her tablet. We waited and the dishes were not cleared still and as you see in the picture we had to celebrate his birthday cake with a cluttered table. The manager, Wesley, spoke with me after the meal. He listened to the issues we had with our meal and explained that the restaurant was under new management all the way up and they were working on improving it. He was attentive and engaging. I can say that he seems to genuinely want to make changes. Whoever hired him did a great job. Best of luck to you Wesley. I hope you can get this location back on par. I’ve had a phenomenal experience for Veterans Day. Being a veteran I was welcome with respect from the time I’ve entered and left. My server Robert a nice gentlemen was very respectful and very attentive that I was an Army Vet. Food was great. Robert informed me from the time that I ordered on updates on my order. Terrible service when ordering through Uber eats. Didn't have chocolate thunder down under. Didn't tell the driver for 20+ minutes they were out of items. They gave me noodles instead of steakhouse Mac and cheese which I paid EXTRA for. Steak was burnt chicken was overcooked and missing the sauce it was supposed to have. Eating at 4pm, no wait. Unfortunately the food is very underwhelming. The 8oz center cut sirloin came out undercooked and lacked any seasoning. Other than the grill sear, very bland. The blooming onion was requested extra crispy. It came out “doughy” in the middle. The broccoli was steamed perfectly and flavored well. The waitress did take our steak back promptly and brought it back with fresh broccoli. In town on business, probably won’t try again.
